My Dad is 95 years old, he went inside with a coupon to order, thinking it would be easier for him that the DT. He had to use the kiosk and was very unsure how to use it, he asked the girl working there for help and she refused to help him. He was very flustered and won’t return, obviously. zero customer service!

Walked in and waited 15 mins to be helped. Gal came over, I asked her a question, she was in the process of answering me then walked away and took a phone call ????? She didn't return. So we left! Place was pretty dirty anyway. Our feet were sticking to the floor as we walked. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Never got my order wrong, always taste the same, and the employees inside are always hard working. Probably the best jack in the box I have been to.

I was unable to use my gift card in the app so I tried ordering via the drive thru @ the store. I was turned away because the staff apparently weren’t trained on how to accept payments via gift cards. WHAT A JOKE! Food is mediocre af too, I was just trying to use up this stupid gift card. A blessing in disguise I suppose!

Staff is courteous, if a bit too focused on the drive through at the expense of the walk-in customer. I refuse to use that stupid kiosk. Don't bother with the iced coffee; I was wondering why it always seems to go fast, today I saw they fill the cup all the way to the top with ice. Considering how much an iced coffee there costs, that's a huge ripoff.

Just glad they do 24 hour breakfast, otherwise I wouldn't even eat Jack in the Box.

To whoever (female) popped their head out and shook their head to me. That's absolutely unacceptable. I was told to go the (Double doors) to wait for my food.

1. I dont work here.
2. I have combat PTSD
3. I will gladly take my business some place else.

4. Your attitude will only get you as far as those double doors.

pretty basic JIB. The employees are usually pretty awesome. I usually go late night,very early morning so they'll hook it up with sauces, extra ice tea, way too many fries, etc. but if ya catch em on a not so great night, they'll give ya 1 ranch for 5 meals. Lol

They got the order wrong and then wanted to argue about it instead of replacing the mistakenly wrong food. Already having wait excessively in front of the store. Now put 35$ of food and late. Save your effort and go elswhere

They have the staff so short staffed that you can only order from a kiosk, forget the human interaction and when we ran into issues with the order we were told it's all part of maturing and they have a very easy system.
Won't be going back when I can go to Wendy's and actually interact with a real person. Too bad because I like the food
