pretty basic JIB. The employees are usually pretty awesome. I usually go late night,very early morning so they'll hook it up with sauces, extra ice tea, way too many fries, etc. but if ya catch em on a not so great night, they'll give ya 1 ranch for 5 meals. Lol

They got the order wrong and then wanted to argue about it instead of replacing the mistakenly wrong food. Already having wait excessively in front of the store. Now put 35$ of food and late. Save your effort and go elswhere

They have the staff so short staffed that you can only order from a kiosk, forget the human interaction and when we ran into issues with the order we were told it's all part of maturing and they have a very easy system. Won't be going back when I can go to Wendy's and actually interact with a real person. Too bad because I like the food

Went in today in person and was asked if I had been helped? I said no then a potbelly lady worker said I had to put in my own order in a kiosk. I asked if she can take my order and said no and walked away. People don’t want to work no more. It wasn’t busy. Not giving JACK IN THE BOX in oak harbor my business no more!

The drive-thru is always quick and speedy. The guy who does the orders in the afternoon is very good at what he does. He made me and my husband laugh a few times too. He's witty and quick. Never had an order done wrong either.

Got the bacon double smash burger! I can't get to a Jack in the Box too often so ya gotta go big! The fries were sad, wilty and not fresh so I didn't finish them.. I mean c'mon what can you expect? Love the soda machine. So many choices! Get the Minute Made peach drink. Really good for a change. Burger was yummy. Worth the stop. #roadfood

Ordered a Southwesten salad combo. Once I pulled away and parked I realized they had given me a spoon instead of a fork. I went back through the drive thru and asked for a fork. They informed me they were out of forks and said with an attitude “that’s why we gave you a spoon” ??? lol had to drive to another restaurant to get a fork so that I could eat my salad.

I wanted a platter which they couldn’t exactly offer since they were out of French toast (I didn’t want them anyway), but the woman who took my order worked it out with me step by step to help me get the breakfast I wanted in a custom order. She was very kind and friendly. I think her name was Sheena? It all came out exactly as I wanted. Thank you!!

I was there at 12:30 about 6 in the lobby,not one person waited on us,took care of the drive thru
Went in with a coupon and found out it was expired. The woman at the front counter saw this put me in a bind and was able to help me select something cheap (a $5 value combo meal) so I could enjoy my break.

I love the poppers, but they always run out. It’s very frustrating when you’re in the mood and you can’t get what you want. I also ordered a meal and they were out of that too. $$$
