Apparently at 7pm, almost the entire menu was “unavailable”. The girl taking my order was so incredibly rude. I basically had to order just a plain cheeseburger because they couldn’t make anything else. And then as I was waiting in the drive they, I saw through the window some guy drop a huge stack of patties. And then he picked them up and stuck them on the grill. The patties were on the dirty floor, and he put them on the grill to cook. All your lazy, disgusting employees should be fired because that was ridiculous. I back all the way out of the drive thru. I would never go there again.

We just left the drive thru. The lady whose name is apparently Kaitlyn R according to our receipt running the drive thru was very rude and had major attitude as soon as we mentioned we had a coupon. Definitely makes us not want to come back anymore.

My Dad is 95 years old, he went inside with a coupon to order, thinking it would be easier for him that the DT. He had to use the kiosk and was very unsure how to use it, he asked the girl working there for help and she refused to help him. He was very flustered and won’t return, obviously. zero customer service!

Walked in and waited 15 mins to be helped. Gal came over, I asked her a question, she was in the process of answering me then walked away and took a phone call ????? She didn't return. So we left! Place was pretty dirty anyway. Our feet were sticking to the floor as we walked. Needless to say, we will not be back.

I was unable to use my gift card in the app so I tried ordering via the drive thru @ the store. I was turned away because the staff apparently weren’t trained on how to accept payments via gift cards. WHAT A JOKE! Food is mediocre af too, I was just trying to use up this stupid gift card. A blessing in disguise I suppose!
