So amazing! I was just there with my mom, and the service and coffee are truly exceptional! We had a younger barista whom, (correct me if I'm wrong), was of East Asian descent, and she was SO kind. Seriously, wish I could have gotten her name so I could mention her specifically for exceptional service. 10/10! Thanks, all!

Painfully slow lines every time I stop here, multiple baristas and two windows but it never seems like they help more than one car at a time, and even that takes forever. 15 minutes waiting and both cars at the windows have not moved.

Still the "Best in the West" coffee: Jet Java Coffee Company! The Wells sisters are clearly the top baristas in the country. We are currently searching east of the Mississippi for the "Beast of the East Baristas." We may have found them in Westerly, Rhode Island. So far they have a strong hold on the East. We'll see how their repeatability is. Jet Jet Java Coffee Company cappuccino by the Wells Sisters, still reigns supreme to us! Happy Thanksgiving

We were having a weirdly unpleasant afternoon, and were thirsty on top of it. Shortly before she closed, we rolled in to Jet Java on the way home. Belle gave us her full attention, had a lovely conversation with us, and poured some of the best mocha java all while putting us in a much better mood. We are so very happy we accidentally found our way to her today!
Absolute worst service. Incredible slow. Multiple people complaining. The girl working 7/27 with the septum piercing, incredibly rude. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 chicken bakes. Didn’t even start the chicken until after the drinks were made. Handed out one drink and left the other sitting there and started taking the other lane’s orders. Had to ask for the 2nd drink multiple times…while it sat by the register. She said she’d hand it out when food was done. Can’t stress enough how inefficient and rude she was.

Quick service, delicious drinks and super friendly. I ordered a hot chocolate with espresso and it was exactly what I needed on this cold, windy and rainy day. The whip cream and chocolate sauce helped too :)
