Highly recommend the Oak Harbor Pita Pit for your next group event! Being a non-event planning guy from out of the area, I called the store on Monday evening looking for a Wednesday lunch for 25 "on the go" workers. I knew there were a few dietary concerns in my crowd like low carb and/or gluten-free, so I just asked Lisa to fix me up with her best judgement. Fresh food was ready exactly when I arrived (they don't deliver), complete with plates, flatware, napkins- the things I would have forgotten!! Wonderfully tasty, individually wrapped Pitas, all labeled were enjoyed by all. Pita Pit made me look like a hero! THANK YOU OAK HARBOR PITA PIT!!

Meh, my experience here wasn't that fascinating. Skimpy on the protein and overall a dry pita. For the price of $9 that was definitely not worth it. Sorry but would not recommend.

Great spot for a healthy lunch! I love the gyro!

Food is always fresh but portions are small for the price you pay.

Bad service. A very tiny pita without sauce cost me $10. I had to walk back to pick a sauce later. The owner was full of herself, rushing, snotty and rude. She was doing business without satisfaction and she did not care. She has a long list of sauces. On the top of the list, she noted “educate customers about our sauce”. But she was not helping me with sauce selection. She repeatedly interrupted me when I was making sure she was making the pita the way I like and kept on directing me to her sauce list even though I told her that I would pick a sauce at the end. She had a quick hand making a smallest pita I have seen. Then she wrapped it up without the sauce and lessened me how to eat the pita. I told her that I will eat at home so she became snooty and threw the pita onto the wax paper on the counter, swiftly wrapped it up and gave to the cashier saying”I can’t understand this person”. I told her that I spoke English and she was rushing me. She said a quick sorry so she did not have to listen to me. I left without the sauce, had to walk back and get my sauce. Good job to me picking up a good sauce and this will be the last time I go there.

Listen, the food here tastes good and I won't knock the flavor. Portioning proteins does make me feel like I'm in an era where we're rationing for war efforts. Even when you pay extra for protein. It makes me wonder if this location is owned by a franchisee who is concerned about their profit margin. We've all worked for a cheapskate before. But listen, I ordered online and paid in advance. Showed up at the recommended 25 minutes. Which is nuts. It does not take that long to make even on a busy day. As I pulled up and got out of my car, the lobby was closed. I had to then get back in my car and pull into the drive thru line 5 cars back to wait to pick up my already made and paid for order. Which is now cold after an additional 20 minute wait. WTF doesn't begin to cover this level of inconvenience...for a chicken wrap. I'm not crossing oceans or even a small podunk town for this level of stupid again. I get it, times are tough and people aren't willing to work minimum wage jobs when they can collect unemployment and staffing is short across the globe. A total hour is unreal. When you're compiling one pita at a time before taking the next persons order. Come on. My entire lunch break is gone and I don't have time to eat my cold, sad, wrap. I will note: The girl at the window was extremely nice and polite despite everything. No complaints on the customer service from the person I interacted with.

I'm dying bc this was one of the funniest experiences. Immediately I see a girl described as "rudest ever" (unless she has a twin) in another review and thought this should be good. So I go in and get the robotic "welcome", and that's as nice as it gets. All 3 ppl in there seemed to hate either their life or their job or each other. There was a lady in plain clothes who was probably the owner/manager/whatever that was behind the counter cooking with her long a** hair down and probably getting into everything. Health code violation? Probably. If she reads this, ma'am, you have serious resting b**** face. Not good for customer service environments, yanno? Ok so I get my pita, I seriously would've gotten more meat off a single chicken wing than I did in this pita. It was a sad amount. It tasted even sadder. They also treated me like ordering a plain chicken pita with extra Buffalo sauce was an ordeal. Then I ordered a Thai boba tea and holy god. I dunno if they've ever had Thai tea, but it was not even close. It was this hilarious traffic cone orange and the boba balls were old and fell apart, it was so bad I had to toss it after 3 sips, especially after something crunchy came through the straw. Also, why is it a slushy?? Weird. Visit this place at your own risk. I should add I LOVE Pita Pits and this was my worst experience ever.

Food was entirely tasteless, pita wasn’t wrapped correctly, something inside my pita was just absolutely inedible. Would not recommend Pita Pit! I’ve been to Pita Pits all around the US and never been to one this horrible.

There was A) very little chicken, B) a bone in said little chicken, C) no avocado. That being said, the service was friendly. Definitely won’t be back though.

Not many fast food places here in Oak Harbor with heathly options. This is a good place to get some food that is not deep fried. They have Boba and smoothies that my kids love.
