It was lovely to walk into this Starbucks this morning to get our coffee. They were friendly and fast. As I got into the car with my two coffees, I noted the message they wrote on coffee. This takes time and thought and I thought it was a great message! Thank you for starting our day with a smile!

FIRE TRISTEN NOW. He was SO rude and inconvenient to the environment and was rude servicing and would not let us use our coupon code. With that being said he lied to us about the coupon code and ruined me and my friends last day of school. Not to mention him distracting me from ordering light ice.

The person who was working drive thru 5/21 at about 12:15pm wasn't friendly or helpful. She seemed annoyed I asked for a frappe with Coffee for one drink and for light ice on a second drink, I don't mind paying more for a drink if I ask for light ice. It has been proven that the ice ratio Starbucks uses is more ice than the actually drink. If the person has an issue with a basic drink request then maybe she should talk to her manager. A paying customer shouldn't have to feel their drink order is an inconvenience. I understand people ask for some crazy drink mixtures but that's not my problem. Not my job.

Came through drive thru a few minutes ago and they got my order wrong and I spend alot of money at Starbucks and then when I called and spoke to Jess shift lead she was extremely rude, never spoke to in 50 years the way she spoke to me if this is the type of people they hirer to represent this coffee chain I am extremely disappointed I will go in and have it corrected but after this inconvenience and treatment will never go there again.

I ordered a grande decaf no foam latte. I got a grande no foam latte but it was not decaf so I drove back through and reordered it. The second time around I got a grande decaf latte with over an inch of foam on the top. This is not a very complicated job and I speak perfect English but they obviously don't pay attention
Parking: It's located in a shopping center parking lot so the road is a bit narrow but there is parking.

Very rude I went thru the drive thru because I really needed a coffee & the lady was so rude she told me they didn’t have that kind of drink I wanted & passed me over to a guy that was nicer but when I got to the window all she did was glare at me & shove the card reader as far as she could shoved it while just staring at me the whole time until I drove away

Usually pretty good but I kept overhearing who I assume was the manager giving so much attitude to the other employees for everything. I get it, follow the rules, but definitely felt off putting and tense for everyone
By far the worst batista I have EVER met. Nasty attitude. Unfortunately I didn't get the drive thru girl name. If I could give a negative number review I would. This is my first time having such horrible service here .

I love coming to this Starbucks and have never had any bad encounters but I was in the drive thru today 15 April at 0635 and I think her name was Lauren? The energy and mood was less than pleasant. I understand people have bad days but that’s not a reason to be a grouch to other people. I hope her day got better and that she gave herself more grace and love

Worst Starbucks I have been to in a long time. It took a long time to get out drinks, when they finished them they were wrong. They were hot instead of cold so they redid them for us. By far the worst tasting lattes we have ever had. Gave us almost immediate diahreea. Advice to all who want to stop KEEP
