It should be call surprise bucks you never get what you order 4 times this week wrong food and coffee. Starbucks is not cheap for them to make ma water my money like that

I dont know about your experience obviously but it seems like more than half the time i order a pike place drip coffee there is literally no flavor to it...just like expensive hot brown water!Cmon Starbucks, stop skimping on the coffee content!I dont like paying $3.60 a cup and being more sleepy than before the coffee!

One of the Starbucks corporate managers (Julie) is here today from Seattle giving customers Shortbread Cookie Frappuccino samples and she’s really sweet. This is the best Starbucks on Whidbey, hands down.

I’m really getting tired of Starbucks not listening when you ask for light ice. I don’t care if you charge me for “extra” just give me light ice. No drink ever needs this much ice it’s ridiculous. I got five sips and it’s gone.

I recently visited a Starbucks location, and I was not only pleased with the usual great coffee and service but also pleasantly surprised by the display of flags and badges representing the military.The coffee and service were as exceptional as I've come to expect from Starbucks, offering a delicious and convenient caffeine fix. The staff was friendly and efficient, making for a positive experience.What stood out and added a special touch was the visible respect and appreciation shown to the military. The presence of flags and badges dedicated to the armed forces is a heartwarming gesture, and it creates a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. It's nice to see a business that acknowledges and honors the sacrifices of our military personnel. This Starbucks location truly goes above and beyond in creating a sense of community and respect.

Was a big fan of this location but I’ve been recently getting a very pushy, passive aggressive window barista that completely ruins the experience. Please train your employees on how to properly serve without rushing (when there’s no one in line) and to not give attitude each time. She was there around 11am-noon (9/11/23) drive thru window wearing glasses. Have never had this before, just terrible service as of late.
