I go to this restaurant on a regular basis. My favorite sandwich is the “Hot Shot Italian” with jalapeño kettle cooked chips, 3 chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of lemonade. The staff is awesome and they love talking with costumers while making sandwiches. I typically get the same sandwich every time.

Ordered 4 sandwiches.. with only. 1 modification. ( no onions)...
All 4 sandwiches came drenched in mayo, packed with onions, and olives which no one asked for and didn't come on any sandwhich anyways. Also none of the sandwiches had tomato... it would have been one thing if you were out. No problem let me know I'll add my own.. just a very bad visit. Please do better

It felt like the portions were smaller than other branches, and the taste wasn’t the same as what I’ve had at other locations. Honestly, it was just okay

I don’t know who is running this dump but it is infested with flies and the counter almost fell on me. The kids that are working there are not trained properly, I worked at subway and even if I hadn’t some things are common sense. I’m not one to complain but this was BAD and needs attention!!

I had a disappointing experience at this location When I visited today the store was completely empty, yet the employees acted as if I wasn’t there. Even after I said hello, I was ignored. This kind of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Leadership should take a serious look at how customers are treated. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Subway on February 8, 2025, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, we are still being ignored on key concerns.
When we visited, the restaurant was completely mismanaged. One employee, Cameron, was left to handle everything alone after his coworker—who looked like she hadn’t slept in days and was openly complaining about wanting to go home—walked out on him. This left customers waiting ridiculous amounts of time, with orders piling up and sandwiches left sitting out. We waited 30 minutes only to find out the register was down and we couldn’t even pay. I attempted to place an online order as a workaround, but it defaulted to the Walmart location. After all that frustration, we walked out without any food and took our business elsewhere.
After reaching out to Subway’s customer service, the response I received was completely tone-deaf. They ignored the real issue—the unacceptable service, the lack of accountability for their employee abandoning her post, and the complete breakdown of operations at this location. Instead, they simply offered a refund (which I STILL haven’t received) and a free meal, as if I’d ever want to set foot in this disaster of a restaurant again.
This Subway needs serious management intervention. The fact that an employee can just walk out in the middle of a shift while customers are waiting is beyond unprofessional. If you value your time, patience, and sanity, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They never seem to be open anymore. Online says 8, but they open past 9 sometimes, or just not at all. No consistency whatsoever.

Love stopping at this location when I visit the island. Staff has always been friendly when I've visited and it's always been clean. The last few times I've stopped, some of the toppings haven't been the freshest, think brown lettuce and wrinkly tomatoes. But overall, I've never had a bad experience here and I'll keep visiting.

Everything was bad. Didn’t know a subway could look so dirty and have such terrible customer service. As I walk in to the subway there was a lady out front just smoking, then comes in behind me and barely says talking as my order is being taken
