They will charge you more money for having less on your sandwhich than the menu price and they’re slow. $20 for a footlong is ridiculous.

The staff here are subpar. It is obvious that they do not want to be there and treat people poorly. They are always on their phones and when they have to get off their phones (the same phones that they take everywhere with them and I am certain are unsanitary) they are annoyed. I recently went there at 9:45 and they said they were not open yet and said they open at 10:00a.m.. There hours are posted as opening at 9:00 a.m.. Hire new people or teach the ones you have to be polite and stay off their phones.

Minimum quality sandwich. 1/2 the meat that should have been on the sandwich and little to veggies. Thankfully I only paid $6.99 for my sandwich but it was barely worth that. 0/10 don’t recommend.

They always act annoyed when you’re trying to order food. Also I went in today to get dinner bc the options in the base a slim to none. I’m assuming the person making my sandwich was in training and was new but the person supervising just watched and he kept messing up my sandwich. Messed up the cheese, put too much sauce, forgot to cut my sandwich, and didn’t wrap my sandwich properly. Mind you this “supervisor” saw this and didn’t even jump in to intervene. At this point I’m extremely frustrated bc I just spent $15 on something falling apart. When I finally got to try my food the rotisserie chicken meat was nothing but cartilage and I bit into a piece of bone. I just feel they need to hire better service workers.

Food is good as always. We went in on 10/30 at 5:30 pm and the girl working is absolutely rude. She is good at making sandwiches but just plain rude. Acts like she is there via gun point! I know we are short people to work behind counters but hiring her for a customer related job is digging at the bottom of the barrel!

This subway is insanely slow compared to the one off of highway 20 by jack in the box where I usually go(sometimes they only have one person on the line and is still faster). However, I had a short lunch today and figured going on base would be quicker and I was way wrong they had 2 people on the line and one female just in the back not helping when there was 15 people in line. I got a flatbread philly easy sandwich they couldn't even close it all the way when all I got was banana peppers on it and mayo. It wasn't even cooked enough for the cheese to melt so I put it in the microwave and that helped. Bottom line terrible place Will never come back to this one again.

Aside from opening late and closing early, the fact that breaks are whenever and however long the employees working want, it is hard to pinpoint when to come and eat here. I have come in around 5:45 on days that the restaurant is supposed to close at 6:30 and they are already closing, “things to do” being the reason. I just want a sandwich when the hours posted state that I can get one. I waited 30 minutes once when “on break” had no one at the front, and they had forgot the sign was there. Today, I asked how much longer the break was for after waiting for 15 minutes, and they said, “not sure…”. Wendy’s it is I guess.

This place doesn't open til 9am, 930am, next it will be even later, this never opens on time and is always out stock. Give is a better establishment to eat at. Most of us don't time to wait for this place to decide to open. If this places opens at 9am then it should be ready by 9am. Not 930am or later.

So for the last several weeks they actually do not open until 10 and most of the time they are out of bread in the mornings. Plus they are short staffed this place is struggling. I wish there were more options on the base to eat.

I usually never leave reviews but I have a little bit of time today. Today during lunch, they were very short staffed and had a lot of customers during lunch. As the cashier was ringing up my order, I told her what I got and paid for my order. Afterwards I looked inside my bag and seen that she gave me the wrong sandwich. I understand that they were busy but I felt like the customer service could have been a lot better .

Y'all need to teach Richard how to make a sandwich because as of now, it doesn't seem like he knows how. I don't mean to be disrespectful, but I've had about 5 subs made by him and they've all been less than desirable. Just today, it took him twice as long to make the sub as it usually takes. Then he overloaded one side of the sandwich with sauce while barely putting a drip on the rest of it. I asked for more on the rest and he proceeds to put even MORE sauce on the overloaded spot. He then cuts it in "half" , but it was more like 4 inches and 8 inches. And it wasn't cut all the way through. I had to tear it apart myself which was a mess, along with the excessive sauce oozing from the sides. To top of off, he folded it closed in a way that half the meat and veggies were basically out of the sub. I've had similar experiences all the other times he's made my sandwich, and this was the last time. I can only imagine all the other customers who've had the same thing happen to them, and are equally as unsatisfied but won't say anything about it. Please, do something about this issue because the rest of the staff is great and it would be a shame if one employee's shortcomings affect customers' view on the whole restaurant. Again, don't take this the wrong way. Something had to be said, because this is unacceptable.
