Really disappointed today. I ordered (and paid for but didn't get) an extra nacho cheese; one of the new boxes and the chalupa was REALLY dry. I'll have to try and nuke it or something and finish it off. Again - really disappointed.

I never do reviews, but my entire order I got was wrong. Got a supreme box and the taco was suppose to be a soft taco supreme and it was a hard taco supreme. Got a Crunchwrap and it was suppose to have no lettuce. It had lettuce. Lastly I had ordered a wild strawberry fz and I got an empty cup and a straw placed in my bag……..I could understand one small thing being wrong, but how do you place an empty cup in a bag and just call it good?

My order was incomplete. Missing drinks and sauce. I paid for the Avocado Verde sauce and was looking forward to trying it, but ALL the sauce I requested was missing from my bag. The tacos all had very skimpy ingredients in the shells, only a few shreds of lettuce & 4 out of 5 had no cheese! The crispy shells were not crispy, they were stale with soggy split spines. This is the first time I tried the cheesy fiesta potatoes; absolutely terrible! The fry oil is rancid & tasting bitter

Whatever has happened in the last weeks? They used to be the best taco bell. Now they charge you for breakfast burritos they won’t have ingredients done for 40 minutes. They take your order in line and then take 3 other people’s orders for 6-7 of there roommates and deliver on those orders before yours. They have very watered down soda lately. Very rude and uncaring employees lately. Very disappointed. With the lack of care of communication between their kitchen as well as customers and their lack of organization I would not want them making my food. After going there 30 plus times. The last 2 times have sealed it. Done with this place.
