Usually happy with the drinks there, but today my milk tea had chunks of brown sugar floating in it which ruined it for me. Especially after waiting 20 minutes for 2 drinks on top of them being out of boba.

BOBA Toons has a great atmosphere to hangout with plenty of seating. The drink menu is amazing and lots of ways to customized. I really enjoyed the lavender tea with almond milk and tapioca boba pearls. I was surprised how many food options they have as well! The staff were very friendly, fast, and made for a great experience.

Milk tea is average. Boba does not have the chewiness and firmness of higher quality boba. Reviews many be skewed due to being the only boba place on the island, probably good enough to satisfy your boba craving.
Boba priced similarly to major cities such as Seattle.

On my last visit I asked to try something different and I was told “all sales final”. Your drinks are too expensive to keep buying in order to find something good, especially when the selection is apparently so risky. It’s a shame because it has good atmosphere and is the only place like it around. I really wanted to like it, but I guess I’ll drive an hour to find something better.

Great spot in Oak Harbor. Definitely hits the boba drink cravings. Need to go back and try food next time. Plenty of comfy seats to hang out. Excellent customer service.
