Reading the reviews, seems like people are getting harder and harder to please. For my wife and I this was the perfect spot and just how we remember it. The pizza is fantastic with lots of toppings and sauce. We took the leftovers with us to continue this wonderful experience. The customer service was great! The renovations look great, well worth the wait while they had the dining area closed. Glad they are open even during non-peak season. Thanks Dugan's!!

Best calzone I have had, golden crust and perfect amount of sauce inside. Great crust on the pizzas and generous amount of toppings. Staff is super friendly, and nice. Always come for a pizza here when I visit.

Yummy pizza, very chill quiet vibe , the all meat pizza was amazing, it definitely should be busier, but it's the off season so it's understandable.

We ordered a half and half pizza to be delivered to our hotel room. There was an hour wait which on a Sunday night doesn't surprise me. However the order we recieved was incorrect, called them up and they had a replacement pizza to our room in 15 minutes.

We ordered takeout while staying nearby, wanting to enjoy some pizza in our hotel room. When we arrived to pick up our order, everything seemed fine—until we were leaving. My two-year-old daughter sneezed and needed a tissue, so my mother reached for a couple of napkins from an empty table.

At that point, the woman at the counter, who had just rung us up, snapped at my mother: “I already gave you your napkins.” When my mother apologized, she replied again with a sharp tone: “It’s fine, take them, you already touched them.”

I was stunned. First, I had no idea there was a “napkin limit” here. Second, this wasn’t about taking extras for our meal—it was about quickly wiping my toddler’s runny nose. The dismissive, rude attitude over something so small was unnecessary and left us uncomfortable.

The food itself was fine—nothing exceptional, but decent. However, the customer service was extremely poor. Thankfully this was only a takeout order; based on this experience, I would not want to dine in.

Best pizza in Ocean Shores.

Every year when we go here to the ocean we buy pizza here. Previously there was a completely different pizza, there was red sweet onion, there were a lot of shrimps, in general the filling was better and tastier. This year it is a completely different pizza, the ingredients have changed and there are significantly fewer of them. This pizzeria has gone bad, we will try something else.

Pizza was raw. Burnt crust melted cheese the toppings were cold and raw. It was take out so did not realize it until I got back to camp.
