Worst restaurant ever. Nobody up front to help or take your order. Customer service sucked. Out of napkins. Screwed up our small order. Drive threw was lined up to the street. All customers in the lobby were furious.

Had breakfast on a weekday morning, they only have 2 people working the entire restaurant, so expect long wait times until they can hire people. If you need work in the morning, apply here. I'm surprised that they're even open.

Well, I think we all know McDonald's is not 5 star, however the service I received was definitely 5 star. I ordered from the kisok and I completely ordered the wrong thing. I have never used the kisok before and the lady at the counter was very understanding and completely replaced my order to the items I did want, with no extra charge, no hassle and was so freaking nice about my mess up. I didn't gether name but I definitely got 5 star service today.
Used to be my daily coffee stop, I'm not sure what happened but somewhere about a month ago (from the date of this review) something changed, and now it's like pulling teeth to get a good cup of coffee from this McDonald's anymore. Disappointing, I'll be looking into at home coffee options I guess.

Look. I want To Be fair. It's Thanksgiving You're surely Short Staffed. And Don't want to be at work. But. That was reallly awful. The drive thru was so Long At 10.10am l Was Concerned I would not Get ordered Before 1030 and Not get Breakfast after being in a line 20 Min. So I went in. . Ooops. The Young man said The line Was so Long At drive thru. I had to order by kiosk. And he walked away. So. Ok fine. At 1040. I was handed My Food. And told. QUOTE. " l just hand out food In the order its made.." quote. .
Look. I am kind. And Polite. And quiet. And Friendly. Understanding. I've done these jobs too. I understand. But. I Understand TRYING. And Being POLITE And giving EFFORT too. THIS WAS LAME behavior in every way.
