I will never ever go to this McDonald's again. No service whatsoever. Had to use the kiosk. Employees never interacted with anyone. I wasted nearly $17.00 on garbage food. I wish I would have went across the street to the grocery store to get something decent to eat. Garbage just plain garbage

Twice this summer, I had to cancel my mobile order once in July and once for our August trip as well. Whatever they got going on this summer they could not get it together. They’re so slow they’re confused. They’re backed up at drive-through and in the front lobby because the staff is overwhelmed, you walk in and hear them go OK what do I do next? I just canceled my order and turned around and left and then we went over to the IGA and got some chicken.
Food and service were fine, however the dining area was pretty bad, garbage on the floor and tables not cleaned. It was funny to hear one of the employees going on break trying to find a clean table to eat and complaining about the area not clean.

Being the only fast food place in town should really be a motive to keep it at least clean. Crumbs all over every table, fruit flies, the bathrooms smell and there’s tissue all over the floors, one stall was closed which is a problem given there are only 2 in the bathroom. Not impressed and will not be eating at an establishment that cannot seem to do the bare minimum and keep the tables clean, I wonder how the kitchen looks

We ordered food from the Ocean Shores McDonalds June 21st 2025 for 9 people. We had to ask after 45 minutes where it was and they lost our order. I talked to the manager and she couldn't help us. We started our order at 12:30. At 1:15 we talked to a new manager Lily and she was rude and disrespectful and refused to help. At 1:30 food started being delivered to our table. None of it was our order In 1 bag there was 4 cheeseburgers not ours They took them back and put them up for another order. We never received 3 slushy drinks and never got any food correct but the fries. During this time other customers were asking for refunds

I have never been to a McDonald's this bad. I tried to order online, the order was canceled. The drive-thru was packed so I went inside. I waited at the register, no one came. I saw the kiosk and placed my order. I did not receive a receipt or order number. Unfortunately there was no one to ask. I waited (with several others). I watched for 10 minutes, while orders went out the drive thru, still no orders to people waiting. My order finally came up yet the people waiting ahead of me were still waiting. This is the WORST service I have ever received from a McDonald's
