We ordered food from the Ocean Shores McDonalds June 21st 2025 for 9 people. We had to ask after 45 minutes where it was and they lost our order. I talked to the manager and she couldn't help us. We started our order at 12:30. At 1:15 we talked to a new manager Lily and she was rude and disrespectful and refused to help. At 1:30 food started being delivered to our table. None of it was our order In 1 bag there was 4 cheeseburgers not ours They took them back and put them up for another order. We never received 3 slushy drinks and never got any food correct but the fries. During this time other customers were asking for refunds

I have never been to a McDonald's this bad. I tried to order online, the order was canceled. The drive-thru was packed so I went inside. I waited at the register, no one came. I saw the kiosk and placed my order. I did not receive a receipt or order number. Unfortunately there was no one to ask. I waited (with several others). I watched for 10 minutes, while orders went out the drive thru, still no orders to people waiting. My order finally came up yet the people waiting ahead of me were still waiting. This is the WORST service I have ever received from a McDonald's

Oooo my god, They took for eveerrr in the drive threw about 30mins they messed up our order not (missing items) and they also told us how to order for next time so I don’t order my coffee wrong again ???? Huh

Went thru the drive thru, waited forever to even order. When I finally did get to order, once again spent forever in line. When finally got food the order was extremely messed up. Had to go in and try and straighten it out. Waited another 10 minutes for them to straighten it out. After driving down the road less than a couple miles away, tried to eat food and everything was cold. The fry's were inedible when cold. It was a complete waist of money ( close to 30 bucks).

Worst restaurant ever. Nobody up front to help or take your order. Customer service sucked. Out of napkins. Screwed up our small order. Drive threw was lined up to the street. All customers in the lobby were furious.

Missed the first window and bro wasn't mad just called me a silly goose and took my payment. Made me laugh after I messed up and gave me my food with no rude comments, can't ask for better service

Had breakfast on a weekday morning, they only have 2 people working the entire restaurant, so expect long wait times until they can hire people. If you need work in the morning, apply here. I'm surprised that they're even open.
