I just took my daughter here for an ice cream cone and was helped by Amber, who was the sweetest and most friendly person I've ever had the privilege to meet in doing customer service. She was so helpful and let my daughter try the different ice creams and then, when I couldn't find my card, literally paid for our ice cream out of her own pocket!! All she asked is that I pay it forward. So incredibly sweet! If you visit here, I hope she helps you because she's absolutely awesome and deserves your money! Oh yeah, and the ice cream is pretty good too?

Great selection of ice cream. Need to be patient. Seems to be understaffed. Only had one worker. He was friendly and helpful. The ice cream was very creamy and delicious. Cute place. Had games of all kinds inside. The waffle cones were very tasty. I loved my huckleberry and lemon meringue combination. My daughter enjoyed her combo of cappuccino blast salted caramel and chocolate mint chip in a cup sundae.

My son and I came here for the first time last Friday (30th of August) to get ice cream to eat on the beach for the sunset. The gal working at the time was fantastic and nice. The ice cream selection was amazing (I got coconut creme and it was so delicious). We come to ocean shores once a year now and will definitely be back for the Peppermint Parlor!

Great selection of ice cream and other choices on the menu. I think theservice could be faster if they was more that two workers behind the counter and customers out the door. It still is a great place even though you have to wait longer than expected.

While visiting Ocean Shores, we brought my almost 3 year old in for ice cream and they let him try out the virtual reality for long enough to realize he didn't like it. But most importantly, when I discovered the day after going back home to Tacoma that I had left my school-insignia Nalgene water bottle at Peppermint Parlor, (which is no longer made with that logo), the staff were kind enough to get it and ship it back home to me!!!!! Cannot say enough about the customer service!!! Shout out to Amber!!!!!
