I came here to buy a pizza dinner for myself while visiting the town. I loved how the restaurant looked and felt while I was waiting. The staff was very friendly and they spoke clearly. My food was to die for! Hot and tasty, scrumptious to the max. Thanks for a great experience!

Pizza was yummy but the service sucked! We went in to grab our pizza and it was sitting there for a while n my boyfriend tried to get someone's attention but they were all making pizzas with the manager hovering over his employees back 🙄

Ordered a sub with no tomatoes and when it came had them so they took it to fix and everyone was done eating by the time I got my food

Ordered 2 pizzas to take out and was pretty disappointed, not up to the normal quality standards we have experienced in the dozens of times we have had pizza from there. . Pizza was dry, not enough sauce, but one bad night won’t stop us from going back

OMG, from the moment my daughter, niece and nephew walked in I was HANGRY.... lol Tony greeted us with such a big smile and the best service. We got Ravioli, fettuccine, extra large double pepperoni pizza, Greek salad, and antipasto salad. The ravioli was 🔥 the fettuccine the kids loved, the double pepperoni pizza had so much pepperoni it made my heart smile! (just the way I love it) the antipasto salad was fantastic and the dressing was amazing, the Greek salad the kids had and they wanted to take it back to our rental it was so good. The pastas came with the best garlic bread. So good we almost ordered a loaf to go home but we were so happy and full I couldn't eat another bite 🤣
Tony, Tony, Tony, even this was a kinda serve yourself place, he came back multiple times to check on the hangry mom (me) to make sure everything was good, if we needed anything, to make sure nothing else was needed. Had the best attitude EVER!! Thank you Tony! You are the reason I will come back and bring the kids with me! Secondly, the food was absolutely amazing! Coming from a Italian that says a lot!
10 stars from this Italian 😍

Just did takeout. A little light on the toppings and a lot heavy on the cheese. Some people prefer that. The crust, which is the most important part, is actually very well executed. It's real crust not store-bought pre-packed nonsense. Regular crust is competitive with any pizza joint out there. Haven't tried the thicker thin, but if the regular is any indication, the thin crust is probably competitive with New York Street pizza. So ask them to the light on the cheese and the sauce, and you may end up with a world-class pie.
Dietary restrictions: gluten-free and vegetarian options are available.
Kid-friendliness: They have games so that you can make your children go away.

I’ve only been in the Pizza Factory once. It has an amazing selection of beers that are self tap although I didn’t try any of them — maybe next time. But I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza from memory and while the taste was fine, there was so little chicken that the name is a misnomer. To tell the truth I would rather just get a frozen pizza and cook it myself as it would maybe be better and a lot cheaper.

Great pizza, very friendly staff.
Great lunch buffet at an excellent price! Soup and Salad bar, breadsticks, pizza and dessert sticks. Large variety of pizza choices and very good pizza. The crust was a perfect thin crust, but not too thin and tasted great as well. I usually only eat 2 slices of pizza, but this was so good I ended up eating five! Definitely going back!

Two plus hours to deliver a pizza on a Monday night. Overpriced, mediocre over two hours is absolutely unacceptable! Then they don’t even answer the phone when you call for a status. Stop taking orders if you can’t deliver within an hour. Don’t bother. Go to Red Genie and pick it up yourself. This place is horrible. Inefficient and overpriced. Bunch of clowns. Never again. I’m disabled should be able to get pizza delivered. BUT NO! Not from here. The worst pizza place in town.
