Pizza Factory Ocean Shores

We have been multiple times and loved the buffet Today was a different experience a lot of workers maybe construction workers related to employees came in and got boxes and took all the pizzas with a box. My kids got 3 slices they are 22 and 15 year men I got one slice and a salad that was brown and the dressings were all out. We had been there a while and did not want to wait for more we lost out. I will say the bathroom is clean though.

Very expensive for the pizza they put out.

My family came to eat here after seeing the good reviews. There were 16 of us and my son. My son is autistic and doesn’t like a lot of foods so we stopped at McDonald’s before coming here. They refused us at the counter because of a single happy meal and their policy for no outside food, even with my (very obviously handicapped son) needing a minor accommodation.

Pizza is good. Buffet kinda sucks. Limit the amount of meat you get. It's extra greasy for some reason. It's more so than normal.

The people there were great and we went there for their all. You can eat buffet. The only minus from that was. I couldn't get the beets fast enough... 😆 🤣 😂 other than that. It was good, clean, nice and delicious.

I came here to buy a pizza dinner for myself while visiting the town. I loved how the restaurant looked and felt while I was waiting. The staff was very friendly and they spoke clearly. My food was to die for! Hot and tasty, scrumptious to the max. Thanks for a great experience!

Pizza was yummy but the service sucked! We went in to grab our pizza and it was sitting there for a while n my boyfriend tried to get someone's attention but they were all making pizzas with the manager hovering over his employees back 🙄
