Best burger in town. Fries are great too

Only the drive thru was open. One woman was working up front. She was eating her food with her hands and watching TV on her tablet and wasn't paying attention. She was very inattentive and the food was so-so. We will not be going back.

Food was overpriced and then the lady charged me $2 for malt vinegar. I gave her a $5 and she proceeded to not give me my change. Stingy owner and hope the business suffers

My mom ordered 3 times she is ordering the third but she keeps getting something other from a chicken burger line was short wait was 15 minutes the entrance was closed we had to take the drive through

Maybe just renovation woes have effected the lady, but I think she'd like it better if you just handed her $40 and go away.
Hope she receives Grace and turns it around.
It's drive thru only, she's the window cashier /help, the cook, and the order checker.
However , you're not there.
If we had to go back it'd be to take her an orchid or something and leave .
Everything about our personal experience was the same. Service/food/price....
But, usually its great to go to a little place that isn't all glibby.
This time no.
We walked around later and saw another burger joint with an order sitting before the customers and the burgers were huge, and there was a mound of fries for the same price .
Anyways. Life has it's times where it happens.
We chalked it up as how else would we have found the person to pray for that day:)
Small burger, small amounts of fries, and kid size drinks .
That's what I'd say work into your equation.

Service was inhospitable, food disappointing, drinks very unpleasant. Made the ocean frown.

Dietary restrictions: I asked them to put my burger on a lettuce wrap. The lettuce was on top of everything else besides the burger patty itself. Had to be restacked before eaten.

As place that’s so close to the strip and the hotels it was a massive disappointment. The clerk at the window didn’t even notice me for about 5 minutes and then barely said a word the entire time. When the food came it was about as rubbery as it could be and was pretty lackluster overall. I wouldn’t waste time with this place if you’re in Ocean Shores, your money would be better spend on something a little more pricey and infinitely better tasting.

Closed. I can’t comment on the food or service. We got there and it looked empty. A sign on the door said it’s leasing but the drive thru window had a hand written “Closed Today” note and other windows said drive thru only but it looks almost entirely empty except a few large kitchen things so who knows.

Very RUDE! Ordered fish and chips and asked for tartar sauce. When the lady handed it to me I asked if there was malt vinegar in the bag. She said no. I asked her if I could get please get vinegar and she looked at me and said no you got tarter and walked away. It wasn't our first time ordering from them but it was absolutely the last. Always a rude experience with them. Goodbye!

Small portion for the price you pay. No customer service skills at all and a long wait. TBH I rather go to McDonald’s which I will next time.. $39 for 1 burger meal, bowl clam chowder, and kids meal.

Paid 5 dollars for onion rings and only got 5 rings and 3 of them were tiny. Don’t waste the money.

Delicious and fresh food. We just ate there 2 days in a row. Ignore the bad reviews. Probably the same people who trash the beach writing those reviews.
