The food is the normal subway food. Not great but not bad. The big issue here is they never honor the deals that are plastered on TV and over the internet. You want a footlong for $6.99? Forget about it. They never honor that one. Even on the app the deals at this location are terrible. $15 for a chicken sub is just too much for cheap fast food.
The lady working was very rude and as we were ordering our food made a comment that she has a ton to do. Very unprofessional and rude. Had terrible customer service and really seemed like she hates her job. I believe her name was Brittany.
Super awesome and friendly staff. I've been stuck out in Ocean Shores for 6 months and the food prices out here are god-awful, but thanks to Subway and their application and their discount codes, I have been able to get fresh food with great protein and no preservatives with fresh veggies at an excellent price and accumulate points along the way. I can safely say that if not for subway, I wouldn't be alive today. I use their food to help nurse me back to health. For an entire month I hate nothing but Subway and it was delicious. You can build your sandwiches any way you want with the ingredients that they have. Their deals and discount codes are fantastic and they're always posted on their application and website. I highly recommend them. The atmosphere there inside from their employees is fantastic and the inside is always clean. It's not noisy and it always smells fresh. You can see your food be made but I always order mine ahead of time with the application and it's always ready by the time I get there and it's always fresh by the time I get home.
Friendly workers and great portions when you ask for extra olives! The sandwiches were just what we needed for lunch.

I'm very disappointed they switched to pepsi products. I'm far less inclined to eat here.
Tried to order on app; just get error. So went there in person but of course cannot take advantage of specials cuz told have to order from app. Worker said not their fault not working. Do paid the regular prices. Scam????
Went in a few nights ago for a meatball sub.. they where out by 6pm. The girl was super sweet about it tho. Went in today, the general manger was there. ( He looked like he just woke up, and wasn't expecting him to say he was the manger when I asked ). I told him about my meatball fail the other night and asked why they would be out by 6pm. He looked at me and he said he has no idea. And just shrugged his shoulders. Now as a past manager I would have apologized and explained maybe it was a busy day or that's not a usual thing for us. He just shruhhed his shoulders and smiled. Not something I would expect from a general manager. Probably should know almost everything that's going on at the store because it's your store. Really need to work on a manger that's consistent.
Tonight after work I decided I would try the meatball sandwich, as I have yet to do so. I'm typically a consistent fan: roast beef on white... My sandwich artist was Jaden, and I must say, she was beyond fab. I asked her what she might recommend- re: toppings, cheese, etc. She made me the BEST sandwich ever! She's also a delightful person. Jaden deserves a nice raise - and kudos from me for her stellar service. I also appreciated her warm, welcoming smile. Thank you Jaden. See you again... very soon.

I went in at about 5 pm wanting to buy the foot long chocolate chip cookies that were on an advertisement that I recently received. I was told by the only employee at the counter "the dough is frozen, but we will have it fresh baked at 8 pm." I went back at 8 to buy the chocolate chip cookies & was told by the same employee "I'm sorry, all of the dough was sold frozen." I was frustrated because I would've bought the frozen dough, if that had been offered. We called back & spoke to an employee who said their name was Oliver who just stated "I know, it is frustrating but another employee sold the dough while it was still frozen." We feel this may be dishonest as we never even saw any other person working there & the person who answered the phone was definitely the same person who was working the counter both times I went in. Either way, this is very poor customer service!
The sandwich artist was super friendly and did a great job making my sandwich. There was no line and no wait time. I got in and out, which was nice because I was on my way home from a business trip. It was nice to have a sandwich in very little time! I got a veggie sandwich with sweet onion sauce, and the bread was fresh, and the vegetables were crisp. The sandwich artist did a great job making sure of that!
Vegetarian options: Some breads are vegan friendly, and there are tons of vegetables to choose from. The sweet onion sauce is also vegan friendly.
