What sucks is I really do enjoy the frozen yogurt but the fact that we've been here now 3 separately times during posted hours and it's closed is pretty crappy. If you aren't going to be open why not change your hours.

I was hesitant to come here with our 5 kids reading the negative reviews — but we were happy with the service from the young lady working there. She was very nice and made our experience great! The yogurt was super good — just like Menchie’s. Lots of yummy choices & toppings. High quality frozen yogurt. They even had little dividers for the cups to divide the flavours if you want — it worked great! The little shop was very clean & I did see the owner swing by, seems she really cares about the cleanliness & order. Would visit again. Thanks!

Go somewhere else! Trust the reviews. The elder employee is rude and has terrible customer service. Surely Sweet? More like Surely Bitter. Don’t give this place your money. - Watched us like a hawk - Made my kids feel like they were going to break her equipment - Rushed my elder mother at the register - Didn’t greet us, didn’t offer any assistance, just barked at us, and rushed us out the door.
Super uncomfortable for sure. Definitely not sweet. The lady there was super rude and I guess thought my kids were going to steal candies from the wall. She made the whole family feel weird and uncomfortable. Do not recommend. Definitely recommend going to a different ice cream shop. I thought froyo people were supposed to be all “carefree, peace and love”. This lady wasn’t.

I wish there was an option for zero stars because this place deserves nothing from me. The lady working was extremely rude to my kids and I. As soon as we walked in she made it clear that I needed to help them, great thank you they are my kids I know this. My daughter pointed to a flavor she would like to try, and the lady working yelled at her saying “YOU DONT HAVE TO TOUCH THE SIGNS TO READ IT” she cannot read yet.. I move out of the way so that other customers are able to get their flavors while me and my kids are still deciding what we want. She yells at us once again and tells us that we need to go ahead and fill up our cups because we’re waiting too long.. my son got about 10 sour patch kids in his frozen yogurt and he ate one and yet again, she came over and yelled at him saying that he needed to weigh it first.. understandable but is one sour patch kid going to be that much of a difference??? ESPECIALLY when I tip you at the end for doing absolute nothing except being a snob. Lastly, my kids and I walked outside to sit in the chairs. There was a heater next to one of the tables and the weather was a bit chilly. She came and turned off the heater with no remorse, leaving my kids and I cold. I would not recommend this place, don’t even look at it. If you’re looking for a sweet treat go to the family fun ice cream shop instead, it’s great! This one is absolute trash.

What a fantastic place to hit after a hot day. It's kinda the last thought on your way out of the ocean shore, but if you're headed out it's on the right, and the lady running it has the best stories and knowledge of the area. I have honestly never noticed the dynasty until this visit. Although it's been there for 7 years now! If you haven't stopped in yet you should be on your way through next time! Did I mention the reasonable prices and taffy?

The proprietor at this place is extremely unfriendly and rude to children. I’ve been twice now and will not be back. I understand the stress of dealing with the public but when a patron shows you respect and minds your rules and you still behave that way. Nope. She chastised me for causing her to run two transactions as it costs her money. It was a mind bend and then after spending $40 no thank you at the end. Nope.
