Went in at 10:30 and waited at the counter for 15 mins. Until a guy comes out from the back ....and with out greeting me or any perlite words says .....WHAT CAN I GET YOU ! That's when I tell him to forget it and left and may I add that this guy will never set foot in there ever again !
We went to the Omak Arby's at approximately 2:30 pm. We went to Arby's right now and the staff was extremely rude and they're outdoor menu is messed up and not displaying the true cost of their items. We ordered a #6 meal and the first amount said $3.79 & the second amount said $8.49 so we ordered that we'll when get up to pay they wanted over $13 for the meal. When we questioned the amount they were rude and said we'll that's just what it costs and then he got mad walked away and told someone else to deal with it so then she came up with an attitude I showed her the picture I walked back and took of the menu and she said we'll it's wrong and this is what it costd so mom told her I want my money back, they didn't even try to make it right nope they just slammed the window in her face. First of all they need to honor what they are advertising, second of all they really need to work on their customer service skills, and 3rd they need to NOT be rude to someone especially when the mistake lies with employeeand not the customer!

This restaurant has hard working and helpful employees!!! Unfortunately when this restaurant runs out of product management does an awful job on letting the customers know which product is not available before the customer orders. This has happened more than once. The manager on duty which is a young female is rude, unhelpful and filled with excuses!!!!
