The manager, an older lady, verbally disciplined and counseled all of her subordinates, including the apparent shift supervisor, multiple times over absolutely petty stuff and a minor mistake on my order. It happened right in front of me. I wanted to be anywhere else... and so did those employees. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL & very unpleasant to witness. Next time I'm in Omak I will go somewhere else.

I usually don’t do reviews but the wait was terribly bad ,I waiting for more then 20 minutes for one order. And when I got to the window I was asked to go and park and it was another 5 minutes on the wait.I think you need to hire more people or change management because this is not the first time, But the kid that took my order was very polite and apologized on the wait.

This Burger King is consistently the slowest drive-thru I’ve ever been to. Every visit is a 20+ minute wait (drive thru included), and the excuse is always “such and such needed to be cooked.” The pace is painfully slow, orders take forever, and the food that finally comes out is below the lowest of standards. Staff is always unorganized, management is completely lacking, and there’s no sense of urgency. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but it’s the same experience every time; frustrating, time-wasting, and disgusting.
