I usually don’t do reviews but the wait was terribly bad ,I waiting for more then 20 minutes for one order. And when I got to the window I was asked to go and park and it was another 5 minutes on the wait.I think you need to hire more people or change management because this is not the first time, But the kid that took my order was very polite and apologized on the wait.

This Burger King is consistently the slowest drive-thru I’ve ever been to. Every visit is a 20+ minute wait (drive thru included), and the excuse is always “such and such needed to be cooked.” The pace is painfully slow, orders take forever, and the food that finally comes out is below the lowest of standards. Staff is always unorganized, management is completely lacking, and there’s no sense of urgency. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but it’s the same experience every time; frustrating, time-wasting, and disgusting.

Extremely disappointing establishment. Employees didn’t care one bit about their job and were very lazy. We ordered a couple chicken sandwiches and it took over 15 minutes for them to put them together. Multiple other people came in, ordered, got their food and left before we got our simple order. Absolute garbage service.

Beware. The drive-thru is excruciatingly slow. 20 minutes. Couldn’t back out. Contemplated not doing BK at all because they are known for being much, much, shower the McD’s. I just proved to myself I’ll never go again. I mean, come on, that’s just over the top Slow!!

Literally waited 45 minutes in the drive through only to not be helped when I waited at the window for another 10 minutes, huge line of cars when I left, with no food! Poor service and poor training. Customer service could use ALOT of work. Really gone downhill, always cold or never in the bag! Save your time and go to McDonald’s! Or anywhere else for that matter.

Phones are ALWAYS unreachable and won’t even ring.
Update - Go here if you want food poisoning, cold/rock hard food, poor service, & half of your food missing. I’ve seen more people goof off inside AND outside than I’ve ever seen actively working. Inside is always very dirty (NOT sanitary at all) Food is served inside and out the drive-thru window WAY TOO COLD to be sent out the window in the first place (HEALTH HAZARD, food handlers 101)

2 whoppers with cheese, French fry, fried pickels and mozzarella sticks took 20 minutes thru the drive thru.the food was soggy and quite literally left it behind, it was terrible. Will never go back.
