This place sucks. An hour waiting in line then they apparently don't even get your order. Save your self the hassle and go elsewhere. Even if it's mcdonalds.

This location gave me hot pepper gravy which was pretty good. They also have a couple different flavours of pop here than is available in Canada. Overall a great place to have a pitstop along the road.

I stopped fir the chicken strip meal deal. food was good, however, I asked for the spicy queso sauce and they charged me for an extra sauce. No sauce worth a chicken syrup meal? They did give me gravy which I didn't ask for, so no choice of sauce? I didn't ask for extra sauce.

I've never had a bad experience until noww.. We've been coming here for years. Tonight our meal was nearly $50 the guy at the drive through hands us two small blizzards.. we had meals with drinks and blizzards. He comes back and says oh we accidentally deleted the order then proceeds to get our meal. When we got the food we were missing two drinks. When we got the drinks one was not the right size we ordered. The Customer service was horrible all around.

We've ordered online 3 times. The last 2 times the order was wrong. We both ordered sprite, 1 was maybe Pepsi and the other appeared to be Sprite, it tasted like seltzer water. We're done with

The person at the drive through didn’t get the order right, and from the moment I showed up at the window, she was condescending and mean. When she didn’t deliver my order right, I questioned her about it and she became even more rude. Then the manager shows up, not as rude but she “had to stick up for her”. This place is a joke.

I took my niece to the Dairy Queen in Omak wa. When we arrived the drive there was moving slowly but no problem. We finally get to order our food and it all seemed normal. We get to the window, I pay and ask if we can have ranch with one of our meals. The girl at the window just shuts the window, runs my card then opens the window and says “do you want ranch instead of gravy or both” o say instead of and she shuts the window again. While we’re waiting the 10 minutes it takes to get our food my niece takes a drink of her mt dew, but it’s lemonade she said she’d deal and so we wait. Hearing the employees laughing but never being checked on. We are finally handed our food and the window just shuts once again. As we drive away my niece opens her meal and there is gravy. No ranch. As I go to lift the cheese out of my bag with my pretzels the lid isn’t on and I spill hot cheese on my hand. I didn’t go back at this point because they wouldn’t care anyway and it would be another half an hour of waiting. I’ve never had worse service.
