I just got an order, I didn't wait long...fries were cold and chicken strips were also cold and no ice cream cone for the kids meal.....I asked if they were fresh... she said did you ask from fresh?😳🤪😳 What... I don't eat fast food much but goodness make sure you ask for fresh and check your order before leaving, drive thru... not, likely, I will return..

I went through the drive thru and got a few combos for my family. I also ordered one large fry. When I looked at my receipt, I saw they charged me for two large fries, however, I only received one with my order. When I went back through to ask for a refund, they refused to refund and offered me another fry instead. I told them I didn’t want the fry and just wanted a refund for their mistake. They refused, saying they don’t offer refunds (even for being mistakenly overcharged), then the employee claims her manager said “they know that second fry was put in the order.” So between being refused a refund for THEIR mistake and acting like I was being dishonest yeah I won’t be visiting here again.

Arrived 40 minutes before closing… sat in an unmoving line for 40 minutes. Finally got the intercom at 9:00 exactly. They proceeded to not answer the intercom until 9:01 and say “we close at 9”

Price goes up, portions go down. Over the last month or two, ordering a large vanilla cones, the serving have been getting smaller and smaller. To the point where it's become a joke. Less than half the size of of what used to be a large. Thats how customers are lost.
I went through the drive-thru today for a small blizzard. That was the only thing ordered. We were behind maybe, six cars, so me and my mom expected a little wait. We waited 20 minutes. 20 whole minutes, no exaggeration, because the last text my mom sent just as we went in line was that long ago. It costed $6.06 for a small blizzard. Inflation is crazy, I get that, but let's not inflate our time too. Ask people ordering large amounts to pull forwards and bring them out their order when people only have a couple things behind them. Also, blizzard was not fully mixed, I could still see a bit of base color. Tasted fine but figured I would note it anyways.
