They just don't accept coupons or at least they didn't accept mine in the drive through, it's okay $10 or so but when you are expecting $25 and it's $35. It would piss anyone off.

I had a chicken pot pie, which was quite good. Everybody else in my party seemed satisfied with their food items, as well. The only thing marring the food, is that it is still very overpriced. The service was decent - the cashier seemed to not be terribly interested in being there, but was polite.

I am from out of town, I LOVE KFC I went thru the drive thru for a quick lunch. My feed back is PUT some LOVE into your job. I got a K1 and asked for the Mac n cheese instead of mashed potatoes as it's lunch time. Between 12pm-1pm my visit. With that said my chicken... was mediocre and my biscuit was.. partial hard and unpleasant. The Mac n cheese wasn't real warm. This is LUNCH time go anywhere and you expect hot fresh food. Either get some people who care, or new management. I wouldn't come back.

Store hours say they are open, the open signs are on, but the doors are locked and no one answers the drive thru. I called the store and they said they closed early. Suggested they turn the lights off then so people are not confused. That was 20 minutes ago and the lights are still on. Pretty sure they closed early without a managers approval.

The staff here were very unfriendly. I ordered 3 large items (burritos/gordita/crunchwrap) and 3 items from the kfc menu. They did not offer me any sauces, but I realized this a quarter of the way home, and checked the bag. There we exactly ZERO sauces in there, so I went back. It was the same young unfriendly guy that took my order was still at the counter, so I asked for some mild and medium taco sauce and a BBQ. He gave me 5 mild and 2 BBQ.... 5 freaking sauces for 3 large items and 2 regular crunchy tacos, then told me there was no medium taco sauce. 5 sauces.. smh.

Don't eat the chicken. I don't know what it is about this place, but I have gotten undercooked (partly raw) chicken, we got weird chicken with flour-y crust that didn't fry over rubbery chicken peices, and the bones are often broken, making it gross to try and eat safely. I don't know why I have had so many different problems there, but we don't get KFC there anymore. Just drinks or Taco Bell.

Congratulations on making the smallest chicken strip in the world at full price ! Looks nothing like the picture on the menu ! False advertisement! 4 tiny chicken strips as big as my pinky finger a biscuit and crusty old fries for 14$ no napkins and when you do get napkins they are cheap brown recycled you get two when u actually need five !
