I came in this afternoon for dinner with my family.Young gentleman named Bryan help me out.Had a hard time choosing what I wanted to eat.He gave me a suggestion.It was perfect.I have never had this good of service ever at a kfc phenomenal job bryan you deserve a pat in the back.

They just don't accept coupons or at least they didn't accept mine in the drive through, it's okay $10 or so but when you are expecting $25 and it's $35. It would piss anyone off.

I had a chicken pot pie, which was quite good. Everybody else in my party seemed satisfied with their food items, as well. The only thing marring the food, is that it is still very overpriced. The service was decent - the cashier seemed to not be terribly interested in being there, but was polite.

Do not like the self service ordering kiosk!! The lady was very nice and took our order so I didn't have to use the kiosk. I appreciated her kindness!
Way too expensive! 12.50 for 2 tiny chicken legs legs and a small coleslaw. Ridiculous! Never going back.

I am from out of town, I LOVE KFC I went thru the drive thru for a quick lunch. My feed back is PUT some LOVE into your job. I got a K1 and asked for the Mac n cheese instead of mashed potatoes as it's lunch time. Between 12pm-1pm my visit. With that said my chicken... was mediocre and my biscuit was.. partial hard and unpleasant. The Mac n cheese wasn't real warm. This is LUNCH time go anywhere and you expect hot fresh food. Either get some people who care, or new management. I wouldn't come back.

Store hours say they are open, the open signs are on, but the doors are locked and no one answers the drive thru. I called the store and they said they closed early. Suggested they turn the lights off then so people are not confused. That was 20 minutes ago and the lights are still on. Pretty sure they closed early without a managers approval.
