This is the second time this has happened to me. Ordered food on their mobile order and even though it's taken off of my card and I have the receipt for the mobile order they didn't get on there and the male manager was slow, not helpful at all and just strught up rude. Probably want get my money back from this one either with no food and irritation

I recently ordered with the app for a curbside order, I had to go into the store after watching the drive thru move along and my order was no where in sight. Once I entered the store I say utter chaos, the kitchen was dirty there were fries all over the floor, the "Manager" Brynn, was yelling at her staff and also yelling unto the restaurant area about a door dasher who didn't get their whole order and how that was "on them" she then told her employee who was doing a great job not to worry about curbside right (which was me) not worry about the other orders. I watched 2 customers come into the the restaurant look at the kitchen area and say "I don't think I want to eat here, do you see that" as he pointed to the kitchen. Lastly, I think your manager Brynn would maybe be a better server than manager as she is rude and cannot properly manage her people as in this short amount of time being in the restaurant I watched her do nothing but yell at her people and even told one of them they couldn't go on break.

I remember eating my first Big Mac...I was very hungies ...please ask for ID when people use credit cards. I've had two people use my bank card. Definitely without permission..so please ID..it would be a very good thing

Service has been dropping lately. For the last two months, I've regularly gotten the wrong food in my order every other time I ate there. Even just tonight, ordered a double quarter-pounder, but got a 4-piece chicken nugget after having to pull around to the front, where there was already a long line of cars still waiting on their food.
Guy in the black army shirt brings amazing service. Happy to reheat a friends cold fries and works hard and dilahently in the kitchen. Other workers like whoever the cashier was work patiently and care about customers even when they are being obnoxious.

Thanks to the manager Brynn. she was able to work with a 2 person staff to get a whole bus load of people taken care of at the last minute at night. Excellent customer service all the way around.

Went to lunch on Saturday before noon. As we walk in the door we hear a very loud voice barking orders. As we wait at the counter the same voice and person comes up and yells for customer service as she does whatever it is she is doing. Then she starts loudly telling an employee that he needs to be done by noon and he shouldn’t be outside on a break at the same time as another employee. She then goes in the back and continues to bark orders then finally comes back up to the front to help us finish our order. Anyone that came into the lobby could hear her. The employees did not look like they were enjoying working as they have on prior visits. This is a shift manager and I believe her name is Bren.
