i love pizza hut. but everytime i eat hawaiian pizza it makes me really sick. i threw up 7-10 times yesterday after eating it. not sure why it happens but food poisoning isn’t a joke 😭

If I could give less stars I would! Not only was our order wrong (placed it online when I was 10 minutes away)but when I went to pick it up I was literally asked 17 times the name on the order by the same person! I was told 3 minutes remained on the final item in my order and by the time it was done 20 minutes had passed and the rest of my food was cold. So disgustingly disappointed especially since this is the closest pizza place to where I live OVER AN HOUR AWAY! Thanks for the let down and wasted gas, learn to work on your customer service and listening skills!

Ordered online, went noticed I forgot mi card so had to pay over phone 2nd time I waited almost 10min just to get a 1 topping pizza pepperoni pizza with a complimentary staple that the baby bit into refuse to give refund just order replacement with pasta and soda very rude about it too and still haven't heard nothing from corporate.. birthday dinner ruined by pizza Hut

We enjoyed our food stop very much. The pizzas were amazing and we especially enjoyed our server Leann who did an outstanding job. One of the only full-service sit-down Pizza Huts left, including salad bar, local specials, beer and more! This location is easy to access and conveniently located.
Vegetarian options: Salad bar, breadsticks, cheese pizza, vegetarian pizza, pastas, sandwiches and more! It's pizza Hut!
Dietary restrictions: Easy to accommodate whatever you need or want with ingredients listed on menu and they will let you build/customize all offerings!
Parking: Full size parking lot by gas station and other fast food restaurants and a large shopping center complex.
Kid-friendliness: They have high-chairs booster seats tables booths all of the above. The have colors and pictures for the kids, but no ball pit ir anything like that.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, wide open counter, table-top service, booths and everything else.

We used to eat here occasionally, but it had been a long while. The staff was friendly and the place was nice and tidy when we stopped in this time. There was a little confusion about how long our wait would be since we ordered to-go from inside the restaurant... but the wait was not ridiculous, just longer than stated and while we waited they kept adding ime to that wait time... even tho there weren't any others waiting inside at all. We got home, and started eating, and noticed that the pizza tasted different than we remembered. We thought, well, it's been a while since we ate there, maybe their choice of ingredients have changed. ...ah, what a mistake that was!! Within 4-6 hours, we were SO SICK. Within 12 hours, it was 'two exits no waiting' for both of us, with vomiting and diarrhea that stank of the pizza we had eaten. It kept us sick for two days, despite taking medicine to try and control those symptoms. That was a LOT of money (31.44) to spend on pizza that made us SO sick, and the leftovers had to be thrown away. I will NEVER eat there again, and Honestly, I suggest you don't either. You should NEVER get food poisoning from a restaurant, and being encouraged to buy a special with 3 pizzas for only two adults, then having this happen and having to throw away all of the rest.... wow, just NO. How horrible. We're still weak and shaky- and the mere thought of eating Pizza Hut, from there or anywhere, is enough to make me retch. I never want to be that sick again. EW.
