Waited 15 minutes when there was only one car ahead of me. When I approached the window no greeting but was just stared at. I told the lady I wanted a redbull drink. She took my credit card with her and shut the window. After a few minutes a different lady brings me my drink and asks for my card. I told her my card was already given. She proceeded to ask if I would leave her a tip. I told her no thank you. She proceeded to shove the card back at me, her whole tone changed and slammed the window shut. I want to point out that tipping is optional. You are already making a minimum wage. You are not expected a tip as if this was a restaurant. Drink had coffee grounds in it…

The coffee shop says it is open 5:30-19:00 during the weekdays but it actually closed at 18:00 for 4 days out of 5! I don’t know if it’s the baristas who do not feel like working for the last hour or what. And I do wonder if the owner is aware of the situation. Nevertheless it’s very unprofessional and wasting my time and gas to drive there 4 times a week without getting a cup of coffee! So disappointed!😡

The coffee is decent, the girls are cool, they're so gd inconsistent with their hours it's triggering though. At least three days per week I haul ass, and make my 30 min drive to grabe a coffee from here, show up 30 mins, sometimes 45 mins before they're supposed to closed, just to encounter that for whatever reason decided to close 35 mins early that night, not even acknowledge me as I pull up to the window. In fact all but one duo of employee; presumably expects to walk out of the door at 7pm on weekdays, and 6pm on weekends, so adjust for a 45 min if you ever plan on getting coffee here and it's in the evenings. 3 to 4 days per week I will show up, it's 5:25 on a weekend, or 6:20 on a weekday, and they'll be closed. It's so gd irritating waisting my time driving an hour, and if there were literally any other barista available I'd stop coming to the pump house becuase of it. The coffee is mediocre, the girls are really cool. I have nothing negative to say about them, other than their employer allowing their hours to be so fluid.
Edit: I haven't had this issue in multiple months. They've been keeping consistent hours, and they always treat me well. Adjusting my review.
"we're out of breakfast sandwiches for the day" if you're a coffee place that's gonna offer good, you should be willing to make it to cover the business levels for the day.
