It was my first time shopping at Roots. I was impressed with its selection, store organization and cleanliness, selection, products, and customer service. Josie, the owner, was extremely helpful with picking out some tasty teas, and I bought a great cup for steeping tea without using tea bags. I love it! I also bought some deodorant and soap.
