The manager of the store was very rude and disrespectful. My sandwich was made wrong and all she did was complain about it behind the counter where customers could hear her. She also tried to say it was our fault. I’ve been to this subway location many times and have never had an issue until today. If she going to complain about the customers “making a mistake” she needs to go where said customers cannot hear her! Very disrespectful and rude.

I came here on a Thursday, girl who took my order put the wrong sandwich’s, after I had left opened them up wrong sandwich’s. Called the store, nothing was wrong with the order taking, the new girl was very nice, manager was very nice, I’m not mad about the fact it happened. What I’m very upset about is the costumer service for the closing shift. Came back the same day dude told me he couldn’t do anything and was very rude when trying to help, came back the next day him and another employee named Clayton were very rude, absolutely rude. I work in fast food as well and I’m not satisfied with the service of the two guys, absolutely disrespectful and disappointed.

Walked in to get some food, nobody was there, both employees were outside smoking. I was in there for about 5 minutes and had a chance to look over the prep area. I saw sliced roast beef just sitting on the slicer and on the counter, who knows how long it was there. I will never eat there again and would suggest that nobody else does either.
