This Taco Bell/KFC doesn't participate in most specials you see advertised which is a bummer. We tried to order online from their website or from the app but the Omak location is not available. This location is priced slightly higher as well. Staff are friendly.

Tables where dirty, food looked horrible even for a taco bell, and even worse there was no saop in the bathroom come to find out that its also the employee bethroom. Super gross

It's Taco Bell... but that being said, there's never a single clean table. But the employees are great and really nice.
After getting it wrong the 3rd time we left. The guy at the counter was obviously new and the manager, Joanna seemed put out bc she had to keep fixing his mistakes. She was extremely rude and embarrassed him in front of customers. That is not management material. The kitchen was dirty and the toilet had feces on the seats. We won't be going to that TB again. Bad experience all around.

Was told I couldn't order what I had wanted because I need the app. I pulled off and checked the app only to find out, it doesn't work here. When I came back and asked, they THEN told me it doesn't work here. Wasting everyones time. Was rushed heavily through every word in the order I was making. So I figured I could get better service inside. Guess what?! I was greeted with "What do you want?". I genuinely feel like either the workers are miserable due to management or the hiring team needs a better set of bifocals when looking at these resumes. Rude, disrespectful, would not recommend even to my worst enemy.
