The owner/manager was incredibly rude and clearly more focused on money than treating customers with basic respect. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they were dismissive and unkind. A coffee shop should feel welcoming, but this experience was the opposite. There are plenty of places that value their customers—this unfortunately isn’t one of them.

Backroads Coffee is our go to coffee shop. Shots are strong and drinks are wonderful. The atmosphere is very welcoming as are the staff. Great people to have conversations with. They are fair priced and offer local handmade merch as well. One stop shop for Holidays/Birthdays!

Owner accused me of stealing a $3 card when I switched out my card of choice for a gift, only taking one card that I paid for. Owner accused me of stealing two cards and made me pay for the card I put back on the shelf and DID NOT STEAL!! Very greedy owner
Had a lovely time with the ladies at Backroads Coffee. They helped these Aussies choose from a VERY extensive and creative Coffee menu and our choices were great! We loved it so much, we bought the t shirts! Go off the highway... so worth it.

100% enjoy this place! Delicious coffee, fabulous staff and great atmosphere. They always make my coffee perfect and today got to try their new coffee flight — toasted marshmallow mocha, cherry cold brew with vanilla foam, bomb pop lotus WITH cherry pie bar made in their own kitchens. So fun and flavorful! Pie bar is only available with the coffee flights and it was really good. Plus so many cute gifts, cards, decor and flowers available for purchase to round out your visit.
