I went in there with my family afterwards 8th grade graduation and ordered 3 burgers and shrimp and a salad waited over 1hr to get my food and it was not busy and after waiting a hr I went and asked the manager to just box are food to take it to go when I got home opened are food and the burgers were so burnt the cheese was gone off the top and ended up throwing them away ended up having to go get pizza after paying for all this food stop in on my way to get pizza to let the manager know and she was very rude this at one point and time was a great restaurant not I will never eat there I go to D9 dinner were the food will be very good and the manager is nice and is not rude

I took my daughter here for lunch today, the gentleman who helped us was super nice. But the fact that they were only two other people in there when we got there and we waited over an hour and a half for two burgers was ridiculous. There was no information provided until we were about to receive our food and the guy just said she had to remake these. Two tables that came in well after us received their food and one of them actually finished and left before we even received our meals… The food was good. The prices were great. The service from the gentleman helping us was OK. He could’ve communicated better. We probably won’t be going back, because the weight was absolutely ridiculous with no explanation.

While this evening I was in to order dinner for myself and kids. The wait staff/gal working was not very friendly. My dinner the French dip was good. The salad was even good. How ever the tater tots were soggy and gross. My kids seem to enjoy their mini corn dogs. They have music playing. I am sorry I don’t be to be a nag or negative l, but customer service and food is one thing that keeps me coming back. Today both areas lacked in it.

Greta food when they first opened,but today the burger was soggy, looked like a third grader put it together, the bacon was the only thing that kept it from being a McDonald's burger.would have been ok with the burger,but the fries were soggy and under cooked. Going across the street next time

DELICIOUS Bacon cheeseburger with Tots, perfectly crunchy, and a couple drinks. My wife chose the cranberry and vodka. I requested a lemon drop. Our host was unsure of the drink, no problem, but made it well! Friendly staff. Quiet (other than my big energy) and comfortable seating (Onalaska has a strong logging community and history) logger themed. Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible.
