After a 400 miles of riding we were hungry and tired. We checked in across the street at the Camaray. April was our server and kept us laughing. I ordered the Prime rib special and wasn’t disappointed. The beer was excellent as well. I would definitely eat here again.
Awesome food!! Great smoked meats as specials and the best fresh squeezed margaritas!! Highly recommended this great little brewery!
We live in Oroville and frequent the Pastime once or twice a month. By far this is the best place for smoked meats in North Central Washington bar none. The smoked prime rib, excellent. The smoked pastrami excellent. The smoked ribs excellent. The smoked brisket excellent. Are you getting the drift? In addition, the beer they brew is incredible. I’ve partaken in the kolsch, porter, ogre stout, and last night had the snow blind winter ale. This is a first class brewery that you can’t go wrong with any brew you order
Absolutely awesome customer service, great atmosphere, large varitey of beer all that we tasted was great this is the second year we have traveled there and were completely satisfied.
Was wondering were to have a good Beer and something to eat in Oroville after a day of sking, I was thinking Some Mexican food in Oroville!.... I rounded the corner on to Main street I see a Brewery....wow....I didn't think Oroville had a Brewery! Our experience was good Beer good Food and a Great atmosphere!
What a unique Oroville experience:) Stop in for a nice selection of Tim’s finest brews. I always get an appy and enjoy a cocktail made with Tito’s Homemade Vodka. Then relax and enjoy the atmosphere before I jump into dinner. No rush, you have time for another round! The menu is always changing.
My husband and I have a cabin in central Washington and are here this weekend winterizing. Took a day trip up north to hike a bit and ended up once again at our favorite local brewery. Five miles from Canada and really pretty much middle of nowhere, great beers tho. Try the Wit beer. Amazing. Tasty nachos too...
Enjoyed stopping in to the Pastime Brewery with my husband. I tried 2 flights of their beers and was very impressed with the quality!
From the historic building and the rosewood bar this is a great for craft beer enthusiasts. Very friendly and accommodating owner coupled with good beer and pub food. We had the nachos and recommend them. Nice place to stop should you be in the area.
Been to Pastimes several times over the past 3 years. It was always fantastic. Even spoke to the owner last time we were there for Valentine’s Day dinner. This time the owner was grumpy.. we hadn’t been for over 5 months. I was told “this is a Brewwwwwerrery” we don’t have liquor. Well you used to and could have been nicer when you told me that you don’t serve hard liquor anymore. Then the food came... my burger was thin and raw and still pink (rare) looked like prefab patties. The fries were undercooked and soggy. Seems changing to a Brewwwwerrrrry made you into the hostess with none of the mostest. We will find elsewhere to spend our dollar.

It was a windy day while camping so we decided to walk though downtown Oroville. Came across the Pastime Brewery but it was closed. The owner saw us looking though the window and invited us in. Really nice atmosphere and excellent beer. If you’re in town make sure to stop by.
Great brewery with awesome atmosphere and history. Owner tim is great and will not turn away thirsty travellers. Beer and food top notch. If you are looking for a reason to visit oroville, pastime brewery is it.
So disappointing that these guys have started closing early now! It’s been happening more and more. Even when people want to eat and drink, they turn away good and local customers. I’ve heard many locals complaining of the same treatment, and actually telling patrons “Last Call at 8pm”. They actually did this again on a beautiful & warm Saturday night, 6/15 at 8pm, despite Facebook’s posted hours being later, as well as their hours posted on Trip Advisor, being also later. Regrettably, I’ve recommended this place to multiple friends, brought several out of town friends there and spent a lot of money there over the past couple of years. It’s going down hill fast, even their awesome waiter Tyson quit! Friends and I drove over an hour to get there last night, only to have Tim’s wife Dianna (Managers) meet us at the doorway with a very rude “We are closed! “ with many people still inside. I no longer recommend this place.
Tim was very welcoming at the bar offering a variety of tasty samples of their beer produced in house. Fun names like Jerkface Red, Witches Bitch IPA, Ale of Ill Repute and flavorful to boot!! A glass each and ale battered cod and calamari aoli and a super coleslaw saw us heading home completely satisfied.
My husband and I stayed at the Cameray motel across the street and we were recomended by the motel manager to come to the pub. We had good service and great natchos and drinks.
