Rancho Grande was the shining star of Oroville for me: the food taste, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the staff were warm and attentive. However, I was really disappointed to find a piece of hair stuck to the melted cheese on my dish. It completely ruined the experience, and I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Such a shame, because it could’ve been a perfect meal otherwise.

A fantastic place to stop. Was super impressed with the level of service, thee manners and friendliness was unreal. The food was great - drinks were even better. My only issue was my glass ended up empty too fast. Would make the trip from home (3.5hr) just to come eat here again. Definitely will be back. 20/10.

Beautiful restaurant. Food was delish! Lots of parking Why two stars? We were served our dinner on a broken plate. Not just chipped but missing like a huge chunk. About the size of my thumb. I was not impressed and the waitress was seriously annoyed that i would complain about it. Then she called the waiter and he looked at it and seemed annoyed too. It was sharp, if it hadn’t been so obvious I could have sliced my finger. Then it was hard to get any service at all. Even getting water was an issue.
Really not impressed, this was my fifth time and not sure I want to go again.

Server was kind and the portions large, unfortunately the food was very bland and the sauces lacked flavor in the dishes we ordered. ~$21 chicken tri-color enchiladas also don’t come with sour cream and tiny scoop of guac and has an added charge which seems unreasonable for this area and such a simple entree. This is second time trying this place and both times have just been a miss.
