This McDonald’s over charged me from a mobile order transaction I didn’t even make, and I couldn’t get my refund back. All they told me is I needed to contact my bank when I had already done that and they said it was an issue McDonald’s had to resolve. Never will I be back in this McDonald location. Thank you for nothing. Worse customer service. I don’t recommend coming here.

Went through the drive thru for the first time as we were driving through Othello. Service was possibly some of the best I have received from a McDonald’s! Both employees who helped us were friendly, upbeat, made eye contact, smiled and called me ma’am. Nothing above and beyond but notably different than you experience these days at a fast food restaurant!

Very clean store,food preparation was well done and hygienic. Fresh food and quick clean service. People are friendly and helpful. Good place for fast food and not too expensive.
Parking: All parking is well lit, spaces are large, well designed on South and West sides of the restaurant. Entry is climate control double door and handicap friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Well designed handicap accessible
