The manager really needs to get some customer service training in because her way of dealing things is not it! If you want subway in othello, go to the one located on 1st ave in the 76 gas station. Those guys have excellent service and made my food worth the wait!

The service is rubbish, those who serve are distracted and unfriendly, not to mention that they are a little stupid, all subways must ask specifications (toasted? type of sauce?vegetables?) Are they delayed?

Well, 7 months later I waited before trying them again...and again I'm DONE!! I called and spoke to the Store Manager Janet and let me just add she was BEYOND RUDE!!! I told her the issue with ALL our sandwiches and since she made mine she kept saying it's not wrong. Extra mayo is one extra pass of mayo if we want more we have to specifically tell them instore. I order via the subway app and she kept saying well u have to tell us. SMH. She offered to just add mayo if I take in my cold cut combo. I ordered 3 sandwiches and all three had issues. When I asked when the owner is in I was told he comes whenever he wants. Wow! And not in a polite manner, but very rudely. But if the owner sees this: Sir, you need an entirely new staff. This is a continuous problem and this team is clearly incompetent. I have 20+ years experience in the food industry alone and I would never treat, allow to treat, or encourage the treatment of customers that I have experienced today! NEVER GOING BACK!!

Smh never again will i be eating at ANY OTHELLO SUBWAYS!! Id rather make my own food my own way so I know its done right!!My order was placed via Subway app and i entered it exactly how i wanted it! Guess the āartistā couldnt pay attention and made it her own way! I attempted to call and NO ONE ANSWERED!! And i called 7xs back to back and nothing so to H.E.L.L with that place!! Oh and it wasnt a āone time thingā its a constant issue so nope never again. Iāll make my own or take my $$ else whereā¦sad too cause i do have an occasion coming up and wanted to order several plattersā¦maybe im better off ordering from Costco!

disappointed in service, went in at 4pm and it was like the worker couldnāt not or refused to hear what i was saying and proceeding to stuff 3 sandwiches into one bag

Twice I have been told I have to wait until a phone order has been completed, mind u there are no other customers in the store. Worker was rude, said she was not able to give the managerās name. Definitely needs to work on her customer service skills, by reading other reviews, Iām not the only whoās had bad service at this Subway! Definitely donāt recommend this place, I would give it a zero star if that was an option. Business lost a $35.00 sale as I went to another Subway location and received much better customer service!
Online orders are not going through so they're not guaranteed the price it's online in store you cannot use a coupon that's been scanned onto your phone eitheir Wi-Fi is down and that's why nothing is coming through.and why is that the customers fault..not the first time either
