The service is rubbish, those who serve are distracted and unfriendly, not to mention that they are a little stupid, all subways must ask specifications (toasted? type of sauce?vegetables?) Are they delayed?

Smh never again will i be eating at ANY OTHELLO SUBWAYS!! Id rather make my own food my own way so I know its done right!!My order was placed via Subway app and i entered it exactly how i wanted it! Guess the “artist” couldnt pay attention and made it her own way! I attempted to call and NO ONE ANSWERED!! And i called 7xs back to back and nothing so to H.E.L.L with that place!! Oh and it wasnt a “one time thing” its a constant issue so nope never again. I’ll make my own or take my $$ else where…sad too cause i do have an occasion coming up and wanted to order several platters…maybe im better off ordering from Costco!

Twice I have been told I have to wait until a phone order has been completed, mind u there are no other customers in the store. Worker was rude, said she was not able to give the manager’s name. Definitely needs to work on her customer service skills, by reading other reviews, I’m not the only who’s had bad service at this Subway! Definitely don’t recommend this place, I would give it a zero star if that was an option. Business lost a $35.00 sale as I went to another Subway location and received much better customer service!

Online orders are not going through so they're not guaranteed the price it's online in store you cannot use a coupon that's been scanned onto your phone eitheir Wi-Fi is down and that's why nothing is coming through.and why is that the customers fault..not the first time either

I am gluten free and the had no bread, I was on a school road trip and packed plain gluten free bread, so after the told me rudly that they had no gf bread, I ran to the bus to grab bread. When i came back in they REFUSED to make me a sandwhich, so i asked them to just through the meat, cheese, and veggies in a bag so I could assemble a sandwhich. THEY WERE SO MEAN TO ME but finally did that and charged me OVER 8$ FOR FREAKING 3 PIECES OF TURKY, 1 SLICE OF CHEESE AND SOME VEGGIES?!?!? I AM NEVER GOING TO ANY SUBWAY EVER AGAIN!!!!! so many subways don't have gluten free bread? they actually made me start crying because I was so hungry and they refused to give me food?

Too long to get waited upon, employee in front said that they had to make the internet orders first. There was another employee that came from the back and confirmed that and returned to the back. After 40 minutes, we still had not been waited on. So we left.

The best Black Forest ham I've ever tasted the bread is so toasted and the bacon,and ham combined together mixed with all the veggies explode with flavor and the bread is toasty crunchy.
