Don't like the order yourself screen so much!! It's a bit hard to navigate. I have had to help several older people place and pay for their orders on the screen!! I have witnessed frustration from people while doing this, so much so, that they almost left without ordering😥 but we love taco bell
All I got to say is I've been to a lot of fast food joints in my life and a lot of them have issues with their machines and they do the best they can to get you the food as fast as I can long story short Taco Bell today at a malfunction with their deep fryer and they tried their hardest to get it up and running however me and two other cars had to wait out front and while we were out front waiting the ladies inside knew that was going to take a while so they came outside...
I LOVE Taco Bell. It's not "Mexican food", but I'm here a lot. Traveling the states, so I've seen more of these stores than most people. And I've found these people to likely be the nicest crew I've met. Even after a slight mess up with my for, they were very kind about fixing the matter.
