Just moved to the area & wanted to give this place a try. SO HAPPY I DID! The pizza is absolutely delicious, the salad you could tell was freshly made & also super tasty! They gave me extra ranch, the delivery driver was super kind & the food even arrived early! Will definitely be ordering many times in the future! OBSESSED!

Ordered 2 pizzas and 1 dessert pizza. Dessert pizza and 1 pizza was raw, inedible, didn't consume the pizza. Called, told were could *only* get a credit for their store because we "ate the pizza", told them we didn't eat it, offered to bring in the raw dough, "no no, that's fine, uh, we can give you a refund for them, um, we can't do that until the end of the night" , next day, no refund. Called again and was told manager would call, Steve called left a VM saying they would refund us, might take a week to show (Feb 27th), it's March 9th, no refund. Now will have to spend more time and money going to the physical location to see if we can get our refund. Ridiculous ordeal, all because they let a raw pizza and raw dessert pizza be served.-also, their response to the raw pizza being served "yeah, our ovens have been acting up", why would you tell me that? If you know that's the case be more diligent.

I order from River city pizza fairly often. I ordered wings like I usually do and there was minimal sauce on them. It was obvious they poured a tiny bit on and sent them out. I called and the person on the phone was very nice about it and asked his manager, I could hear in the background the manager say “uh well what do you want me to do?” Which is VERY unprofessional. They told me it would be over an hour for some replacement wings or that I could have some added to my account. I accepted the free wings ONLY because of the person who answered the phone and the fact they were nice. I believe the manager should have fixed it asap since I am an often customer. I love River city and will continue to order from them. I don’t think that they should send out wings with this much sauce on them, I think the manager might need some training and some quality control might be needed.

Every. Single. Time. I order delivery from River City the pizza is wrong. This is at least three times now. It sucks because the pizza is pretty good. This pizza is supposed to have black olives on it (and a garlic crust that I paid $1 extra for but I’m not sure if that’s it or not, sure looks and smells like regular crust). I called to confirm the mistake was theirs, not mine. It is theirs. Again. They want to take back the pizza I received when they bring the correct one. I have kids who are supposed to be in bed but are now waiting at least another half hour for a new pizza. What are they doing with the wrong pizzas? Tossing them out?

First time eating River City Pizza. Their homemade crust was perfectly baked. We had their BBQ chicken and every bite had chicken, bacon, caramelized onions and cheese. They don’t skimp on the toppings and the BBQ sauce was tangy and sweet. We will be returning!!

Can’t speak to the atmosphere as it was a delivery, but food is always great (I think their pizza is the best in town). Wings are good, had the meatballs and they were good too. I don’t have super high expectations out of delivered wings (hard to keep them crispy in a plastic box), but their bone-in wings are always good and meaty. All of their food isn’t great. Highly recommend.
I had heard good things about River City Pizza but had never tried it. What a nice surprise! Love the dough and sauce. The cheese and veggies are fresh and tasted great. We bought 2 pizzas for our group, we should’ve bought 3. I highly recommend trying River City Pizza!

We didn’t go in, so I don’t know about the atmosphere- we ordered online- it was super easy to customize the order- they got everything right, the pizza was great- toppings balanced with cheese and sauce, nothing overwhelming— the side salad was really well priced for what you got— and it came exactly when they said it would!!
