Was looking for ice cream cake last minute called around and this location stated they had cakes in freezer available. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and courteous. I went it and was surprised the inventory they had to chose from and very impressed. Also the staff was polite and welcoming. I will be going back to this location when I need another cake.

Love the ice cream but I'm sorry $7 for a peanut buster parfait too rich for my pocket book. Especially when I can buy a gallon of ice cream at the grocery store for less than that.
This is indeed the rudest place ever. I Took my kids there, but what we encountered was very crazy. We ordered 4 large fries, 4 small Sodas, 1 order of onion rings, and 1 burger, but she gave us 1 Small soda and 1 water along with a bag that contained the rest of the food. We told them there should be 4 sodas, so they immediately gave us the rest of the drinks.We drove to the parking lot and I started giving the kids their food, but I found out we were missing two fries. I went back to the drive-thru and spoke with the same lady.She rudely said “ I put in 4 fries”,. I told that we have 2 and if you want, you can check. She said to pull over we can check your CAR. I was surprised and came to the next window. when she found out i was recording, she changed her words saying she meant to check the BAG.The owner who happened to be the cook started yelling saying he put in 4 fries. When I showed him the bag, he still insisted that he put in 4 fries. And then rudely said we will call the cops if you don’t move out of the drive thru .I called the DairyQueen customer service team and they were very professional and said “ they will escalate this case to the Washington office.I have read the comments from other customers and they have also stated these employees are rude.

I was getting recommendations on what to get for a blizzard because it's been years since I've had one, and the manager ripped the employee away from taking my order... I was BAFFLED and she was claiming I was chit chatting with the employee that was taking my order, the employees are treated terribly here and I advise someone should take a eye at the "boss" as she called herself... Whipping the pack instead of leading the pack doing nothing while she makes demands and control freaking over everything, not doing ANYTHING herself..... It's a Dairy Queen not Auschwitz. Absolutely obserd. I don't know how they do it in her country but this is not how it's done here in America ... I refused to give them my business and I left without getting anything...

Love Dairy Queen but I definitely won’t go to this location again. Very trashy area, and very rude service.I asked to substitute hot fudge and nuts for strawberries and bananas. They still put nuts and told me they can never do an order like this again. “No substitutes!” They said. I’ve always ordered this from different locations and never had an issue until I went this this specific location. I’ve never even had to pay for substitutions at other locations.Please be careful and check your food especially if you have a nut allergy.
