Your drinking cups are getting smaller I ordered a 24oz and they gave me a 16oz and charged for a 24oz why are Your sizes shrinking, we can tell we are getting robbed with your cup sizes that why you're a 1, star this is not right, now that you're more popular now this is how you treat your customers ??

Great tasting coffee. But the bathrooms in the branch in Cle Elum are a disaster, dirty toilets, flies everywhere, sticky floors, completely unsanitary, just awful conditions. Would never go back there. Doesn't compare to Starbucks

I've been trying for three days to get in touch with anyone at Gravity Coffee. All phone numbers for stores are either always busy or you're transferred to the Corporate Office where no one answers the phone and the mailbox is full. Talk about being insolated! All I wanted to know is if the new store on 2nd Street in Puyalup was open yet. No way to know unless you drive there. Customer Service? Non existent.

Today I went to my usual GC location Parkland WA at 9ish am and I ordered my usual, A hot white chocolate mocha with whip. I usually don't finish my drink in the morning so after lunch today I go and warm up my coffee and when I took off the lid I see a white circle floating around. I initially thought it was whip cream as it bunches up sometimes and when I go and touch it, it was a cap of almond milk which is funny cause I didn't get almond milk.I tried to call the location and there mailbox was full tried a few more locations and same thing. So I tried corporate and still nothing.Just the thought of how many people touched that lid to the milk has me disgusted.

Never has carriers! I have ruined my cars interior due to high volume orders and no drink carriers!! Employees don't try to even offer an empty box to put drinks in. all they seem to care about is wearing scandalous gym clothes and flirting with the guys in drive thru to get tips. this has been going on for months. It seems to me that your employees are trying to be bikini baristas. Time to go to another coffee place..

Order a Gravity coffee Dixxon Flannel from then on January 6th and received on January 9th .Super fast shipping to NJ and packed so nicely.Takes Dixxon 10 days to ship to NJ.I've never tried the coffee, but looking back I probably should have ordered coffee with the flannel.Great job Gravity

There are two locations in Port Orchard. The one on Mile Hill Drive plays music on outside speakers loud enough to hear a block away, which seems really unnecessary. There are houses within that block. Isn't there enough noise pollution in the world?
Went to gc in pacific 2x so far hailey, hopeci spelled it correctly, was very pleasant and very courteous and a beautiful smile I had the best peanut butter banana protein smoothie ill be back..Tank

My sister went to the auburn location to order me a 24oz hot salted caramel macchiato on December 31, 2020 at 10:45ish. When they got the drink, they noticed it was light on the weight and advised them about the situation but they said that it's filled. My sister opened the cup and it was filled with foam. upon delivering my coffee, I used a spoon to move the foam and notice the cup was under filled with coffee and all foam. Wasn't even half full with coffee. We tried calling their stand but no answer.

I've been going to Gravity for a little over a year now. The drinks are amazing and they have the best crew. Gravity serves high quality coffee and energy drinks. The staff is always super friendly and go above and beyond. 10/10 the best coffee shop around!
