This place is the worst, Every doordash order is completely wrong every time. Window staff is rude, they need to revamp or shut down. Unacceptable across the board.

be careful with this location. if you order online they tape everything up in hopes that when you get home, and you finally realize that they missed half your order you dont care enough to return and get your moneys worth.
Jack in the box is about to close a bunch of locations so I wouldnt be half suprised if this is one of them, they seem to rotate staff every other week.

Need to pick up the speed a bit faster , and better costumers service , not just pushing them through the drive tho .

Drive-thru only that night .. Quick snack. Service was extremely pleasant. Food was very good. .open late which is nice .as well as open early. They have very strong coffee

I have been ordering from this Jack and the box well had no choice because it's the only one closest to my home for the last couple years I am so tired of every other time that I order there's always something missing if you order strips it's like yeah we want our sauce with our food there's always something wrong I ordered off the app didn't get the burger for my other child had to go back out last time I had to make food for my child because they didn't give me his food missing drinks they gave me jalapeno poppers and gave me three burnt pieces with nothing inside like come on this is getting out of hand I'm tired of night Crew not picking up the phones when we call order cheeseburgers another day through drive-thru told him no cheese for two of them guess what had cheese on all of them my child cannot eat cheese I am so tired of this happening like who wants to scrape cheese off of a burger when there's no point in doing so like I spend too much money with this place I work I go to school so yes it comes in handy to have a fast food place right up the street they need to fix what's going on there I still haven't been back to get my jalapeno poppers and then now another issue where is my other Burger.

Haven't gotten a fully correct order the last three visits. They ether forget a easy mod (no lettuce) or just give the wrong food (just got a double combo burger instead of a smash burger). Go elsewhere
