Waited in line for 10 minutes 2 cars were ahead me in line. I order a redbull took about 5 minutes to make a redbull, there was 3 people in there, it shouldn’t take that long. And poor customer service

This was a disappointing visit to BigFoot Java. The wait was long and the drinks were not as usual. There seemed to be confusion and numerous attempts of the barista relaying drink information to a second barista making the drinks. An iced raspberry white mocha is not normally a difficult drink, however there was no raspberry taste and the drink was very bitter. The other drink was off the menu and should have had caramel, that was almost nonexistent. Not sure I will visit this location again.

They should put a cup of ice as a menu item because every single time I get something to drink there I get way more ice than I do and if that’s what I wanted, I would’ve ordered a cup of ice. It’s burglary robbery, and a very nonchalant type of way. They’re basically stealing from us and they know it.
I come here every Saturday morning and the Barista is so kind and does a great job each time. My drinks are always perfect and it's nice to know I can count on this spot to always start my weekend off right!

Parking: Drive-Thru only, walk ups only during the day I believe. Parking in gas station parking lot usually open and available.
Kid-friendliness: Kid and pet friendly. Pupachinos.
