They should put a cup of ice as a menu item because every single time I get something to drink there I get way more ice than I do and if that’s what I wanted, I would’ve ordered a cup of ice. It’s burglary robbery, and a very nonchalant type of way. They’re basically stealing from us and they know it.

I've been going here a long time. The people are always friendly and welcoming. They remember me andy drinks. The make the drinks just how I like them.
Parking: Drive-Thru only, walk ups only during the day I believe. Parking in gas station parking lot usually open and available.
Kid-friendliness: Kid and pet friendly. Pupachinos.
We ordered latte and asked about herbal tea options and picked chamomile tea. It turned out that they gave us something like old drip coffee with splash of milk and aged earl grey tea.

Last three trips here they gave me a 16oz when I asked and paid for a 20oz. They also burn my beans pretty regularly.
Same thing happened to my fiance this morning. She ordered a 16 and a 20oz earlier and they gave her two 16oz. She let them know and they took the coffee, poured it into a 20oz and added one more shot. No more milk. There was a ton of space under the lid and the coffee was seriously bitter. These people don't give a shit about your experience here. Go to gravity down the road for a proper coffee.

The barista was very unpleasant. She was very angry to have to make my drinks. I asked for and double she gave me a 24. She demanded i say cream instead of half and half. To me cream could be whip cream, sour cream, well you get it. She still wanted to be nasty when I asked her why she was treating me like that. So I asked her if her boyfriend was there watching her because she was straight rude. Don't bother calling the corporate they won't answer.
