I've been a loyal customer for years since Bigfoot opened, only one concern, the coffee doesn't taste the same has a funny after taste, just wondering what changed, I love going to Bigfoot but stop for this reason the coffee taste isn't the same are the coffee beans different, please go back to the original, Was a five star but now a two??

Stopped to pick up a coffee, and batista was very kind. The coffee I ordered was fixed the way I had ordered it very hot just the way I like it.I haven't been to this particular Big Foot in quite awhile, the biggest and most confusing thing that happened was when I went to pay..My ordered was a little above $8, I handed the batista a $20 bill and was ask if I had anything smaller for if I didn't my change would have to go onto a girt card was told it is a new policy! So Be Aware if you're paying cash, it needs to be exact change unless you want a GC...I saw no posting saying this, but it was dark and wet, and after 6, and I really wasn't looking or reading anything for, I knew what I wanted ..This is why I gave a 3, for I don't believe if you pay cash, your change goes automatically on a GC, but you do have the option to use debit or credit card if you have one

I love the ladies here! Always friendly and a light to brighten up my day when I stop in. Occasionally I’ll bring my dog down and he’s thinks they are great too! There’s this one girl who is great she’s always cleaning when I stop in but she makes sure to say hi even if she’s busy. Love the atmosphere and the red bulls!Kid-friendliness: My kids love getting whip cream when they have it!
