Fantastic beers and an amazing burger (one of the best burgers I've ever had). The staff was extremely friendly and conversational. Not sure if I'll ever end up in Palouse again, but if im ever in the area, I'll be taking a detour.

We hosted my best friends bridal shower at the brewery as a private event! This was the most amazing experience! We were able to get in early and decorate everything and the staff was so helpful and really made the day special! Would highly recommend having your event here! Beth is the best to work with and she has amazing ideas!!!

A group of friends and I ate there recently. The staff is friendly and the drinks are excellent. The garlic fries are delicious as well as the chicken strips. Best ranch dill dressing Ive ever had. However, the menu in the summer was delicious but the winter menu is not great. As a large party, I was told a little less love goes into the food prep since they are in a hurry. I ordered the Brewhouse burger. The bacon was overcooked, there was little sauce and fried onions and it needed lettuce and tomato to be worth $18. The Tostados are rather an abysmal failure for a taco. They are cold, lacking in sour cream or salsa and overall tasteless. 3 friends ordered them and were all disappointed. Soft corn shells would make a big improvement, along with salsa and sour cream or some kind of sauce. The fish and chips were so so and the fries were boring. I know it's hard to run a small business and want to continue to support this restaurant. They need a comment box so folks can leave suggestions anonymously. I will try them again but hope they can correct some of their food items.
