If I could give this place a zero I would!! I did an online order and I came into the store, I wasn’t greeted by the cashier, nor did she acknowledge me or ask if I needed help.after some time past I asked her about the online order and she told me to put in a three digit order in the kiosks, mine you she didn’t even ask what my name was on the order. So after more time had went past I asked the cook if there was a supervisor available and I was told there wasn’t one available. Then the cook asked me what my name was and I told him and he gave me my order! My order should’ve been in the place where the online order were but instead they left it sitting on the table. My order was cold as well! Then the cashier has the nerve to act like she was soo concern!! I’m going to be honest, she seems like she’s racist against black and definitely needs to be trained asap!!! I will not be returning to this location again!! This is a very bad representation of little Caesar.

I just quit here right now. This place is ultimately the worst place I could ever work at. The people here are snakes and work hella slowly. I would show up to work and the girls would stop “working” and depend on me to do everything. They all go into the office and smoke when they’re not supposed to. Besides that, the manager is rude and uses her younger employees and always yells at cusses at us. As a former employee, I feel like this place needs to get shut down. And it’s not even that, all the girls would go on their phone when I would work; and yes, I would go on my phone too but only when I finished all the dough and filled both the racks of sheet outs and make crazy bread. I wish I could’ve helped with the other stations; but even after my 6 months of working there they never trained me. Rats always running around the store, smoking on the pizzas, bad management and environment. Did I I mention the manager favors her employees? Yeah, she does. She favors the employees that been working there for a while and gives them special privileges. Mind you, the manager & the people of age there get asked to buy alcohol or weed for the underaged teens. Yup. They go to the corner store and buy them illegal substances. This place is not only toxic and environmental, but very gross. If anyone sees my review, I would like them to contact me so I can let them know more information. There’s more to what I just explained. Thank you.

At this location they quite often shut their phones off because they say they’re short staffed. I have not been able to call an order in for months now they keep telling me that they only do it periodically but that’s not true. They shut their phones off so you cannot place orders. You have to drive to the location.

Come here all the time and never had any problems before. Today was a rough day to begin with. My husband had been suffering with severe leg pain so had to take him to the ER clinic. Waited 5 hours for him. We were both tired and starving. They messed up our order. I wanted thick crust cheese bread with my pizza but instead got a thick crust cheese pizza. The manager who I didn't ask for fixed it. I explained the problem and even told her I wasn't angry. I just mentioned the communication issue I had. I even had to repeat three times what kind of car and the color because they weren't hearing me. I did not yell but suddenly this older lady who was the manager I assume began to yell at me, "Don't you dare blame my employees! You're the one whose confused!" I tried to calmly reason with her but she kept cutting me off with, "I don't want to hear it." I even told her again I wasn't really mad and I work in retail so I deal with customers but she yelled, "So do I!" I don't know what her problem was. We all have bad days but you don't treat customers like that.
Pizza was delivered all messed up. Both pizza was the say. Contacted the driver driver said it wasn’t him. Call the call. Customer support called customer support. They told me to call Little Ceasars called Little Ceasars twice. They didn’t even pick up the phone. Rey unsatisfied with there delivery Sevice. And too top it off bottom crust was soggy. And the only reason they got one star is because that’s the lowest it allows me to do. In the store was in Spanaway Washington

The 2 ladies that work in the afternoons are awesome. I drive out to this one instead of my local one in Lakewood. At least here they always have sauces and my pizza isn't messed up or burnt to a crisp. I recommend the pretzel pizza. Apparently you have to order it online but it is amazing. They even use cheese for the sauce. My kids tear up the stuffed cheesy bread. Everytime I take my 3 year old for pick up little dude devours all of the cheesey bread before we can get home and share. Only thing I'm upset about is how much a cup of sauce has went up to.Parking: Lots of spots.Kid-friendliness: What kid says no to pizza or cheesy bread?

I’m not sure how a handful of these employees have a job at this point. The young female who sits at the cash register in a chair has a disgusting attitude. It’s hard to even place your order without her rolling her eyes, checking her phone, telling you nothing is in stock or just out right ignoring you while she waits for someone else to come up and take your order. I am a regular customer here and most of them just sit around. For the price, just go across the street to Pizza Hut.
Food is always fresh and hot. It's a great place to get a quick family meal.
