Trapper's Sushi - Parkland

40 min wait for a to-go order.
If you’re in a rush this is NOT the place.
Nearly an hour wait for 3 rolls and an appetizer is excessive . And why??
Seems like it might’ve came faster if I had been seated, truthfully. The hostess only checked in with me once, to tell me it would only be 5 more mins.

Update since I’ve eaten the food;
The fried rolls were soggy and the sushi was not as good as other places, especially for the price. I was expecting something better.
The gyoza and dip sauce were good and that’s the only redeeming quality from my visit today.

Was pretty busy and it looked like under staffed but it was great. This was our first time. Decided to try it for my 40th bday. Was definitely a great choice. They were patient with us ordering stuff. Safeway sushi is what we're used to. SO. MUCH. BETTER. Thank you guys. We'll definitely be back.

The sushi did not taste the same as other location. Waited almost 10 minutes to pick up order because only one person to greet customers and give out orders.

Chef Sam is a really good cook and is really nice and this server Brittany is the best server in the joint she should get something really nice because she was so nice and clean are spills and there was this guy name Anthony and he was really funny at the all you can eat it was just fun being there

Ordered a platter to take out. I called ahead, at about 12:00, to see when the platter would be ready. They told me it would be ready at about 1:00-1:15.

When I got there at 1:00 my order was ready, and when I got it back to my house about 5 minutes later all my fried rolls and gyoza were cold and soggy, as if the food had been sitting around for 30 minutes before I got there.

I love trappers and have been coming here forever. The food is good and the atmosphere is good. But the disconnect between the online ordering and reality needs some improvement. There is no email or notifications to inform you for when your order is ready. Which would have solved all the problems in this instance.

I still enjoyed my meal and will still come back to trappers just leaving a little feedback.

All yall talking bout Rick but let me tell you bout Courtney!! I had the BEST service EVER today and I normally get Rick okay but let me tell you bout Courtney , she did that today! And I’m a FAN OF THE NEW LUNCH MENU???also this is my favorite trappers location by far

We visited Trappers Sushi for the first time, and after our visit we were satisfied! Excellent service, special thanks to Anna and Sasha! You guys are the best, thanks for your help with the translation and also for the best recommendations Sush!! I recommend everyone to visit
