Ordered a sushi roll to go. The staff was very nice. Had a drink at the bar while I was waiting bartender was attentive and nice disappointed in the sushi roll. It was so small. I would be very surprised if that was the role that I would receive if I was sitting in the Restaurant. I am disappointed in my takeout order and will not be returning.

My wife and I have been going here for years. We have brought lots of friends and family over the years to Trappers. This last time we were there was so disgusting that we were going to walk out. the iced tea was so weak that it looked like dirty water that you could see through. We ordered our normal. We were sitting in the bar and could see the counter when the food was placed there. It set there for 12 minutes before our server brought it to us. Off and on for the whole 12 minutes the door greeter kept going over and leaning over and running his hands through his hair over our food. When they finally brought it to us we asked for a manager. We were not going to eat this after watching what happened. She was a young girl with attitude. She never said sorry for what had happened. After a few minutes with talking with her she offered to remake our dinner and give us a discount. We accepted and the food was just okay. We did not pay for the iced tea and we just drink water. It will probably be a long time before we come back after our experience.

Slow service at the buffet. Wait for one roll was 30+ minutes.

The sushi was great. The atmosphere was hard to pin down. Nothing stood out. Waitress was slow. There were people but I was facing the wrong way to tell if she was the only waitress. I'm going to give her a pass. If you want good sushi, go to Trappers.

Me and my cousins came here for lunch on Wednesday and we had the pleasure of having Courtney as our waitress and she gave phenomenal service! She was knowledgeable about the menu and drinks and was so polite and friendly. I definitely will be coming back here again!

Food was good it's sushi. Appetizers were more like a sample. Ordered the soft shelled crabs and I think they gave us 1 that they cut into pieces. Servers weren't very attentive, but was sufficient. Overall nothing to rave about. Not bad but not great. Will definitely be back to give it another try to see if I just happened to be in on a short staffed or bad day for some odd reason.

Our waitress, Courtney, was the absolute best! She was so sweet and made our experience at this location so special. We enjoyed her conversations, jokes but most of all, her hospitality. Definitely recommend that you request for her on your next visit. Thanks again, Courtney!!! We (me, my sister and my sons) appreciate you.

Likes: Went there with my son for the All You Can Eat sushi bar.The waitress, Destiny, was friendly and came by often to refill drinks, always with a smile on her face.Diskes: We were assigned to a sushi maker who had a pinched expression, like she rather be anywhere else but there. Our first few sushi selections got to us fairly quick. But then for the third and fourth roll, it literally took 20-30 minutes just to make it. That was probably because they were hanging out at the other end with the other customers, chatting away..I will definitely choose a different place next time.
