In town to watch grand daughter play basketball. Saw The Bakers Table and they close at 2 on Saturday ,we had two games one at 2 another at 4. Good choice had Italian wedding soup. And we also had two hot dogs. Hopefully we come again but on a Friday. Clam chowder is served on Fridays. The place was busy and the food was very good. Very clean and the building was unique. Old and refurbished. The staff were friendly and got our food out fast. Glad we stopped.
Love the bakers table. I even messaged them asking if they happened to be doing any food or food trays for Christmas and they went out of their way to make a meat and cheese and veggie platter and it was amazing especially for the price we also went ahead and got some Christmas candy they had for sale. The owner went above and beyond she even met us on Christmas Eve so we could pick it up the platter and they weren’t even open that day! They are so very kind! I cannot express...
Had the BLT. Very good. Spendy at $10 though but seems to be the new normal.
