We walked by just as they were opening, there was a small line. We decided to try it and glad we did. You have to be patient here, it is a one order at a time system. The pulled pork sandwich (14) was piled high and tasty, nice standard sauce and a spicy option. I picked up some smoked turkey meat (14.00 1/2 lb) it was good also. There was a steady line of customers coming in and in line for the hour we were there. I am sure they sell out, which is common where I am from with BBQ. Why stay open if you sell out? Just like a good donut place, go early before they sell out. I order ribs usually, but 26 for a half rack with a side, is steep to me. What I consider as the best ribs, are in NC and are under 20 for the half rack. The prices are on the high side to me, but will go back for the pulled pork sandwich. It was good! I did not see the ribs, but one person came in and bought 2 full racks to go. They must have a following. I don't care about brisket and did not even notice it was not on the menu. I am not from TX or a TX BBQ follower, that has brisket as a staple, so this place fits in my world. lol Place is clean and very small, a little smokey but that makes a BBQ place to me. Its a one person show it seems. Over all it is a good place for BBQ and better than most on the Peninsula.

Very good!! Name says it all. Everything was perfect and exactly how you’d expect and want. Had the bbq pork sandwich. Came back for the cornbread and coleslaw! Very good coleslaw and I usually don’t like it. Also, the bbq sauces are great.

Excellent and distinctive baby back ribs. The combination of spice rub and the regular sauce is very nice.. The meat is fairly lean. Cole slaw is nice and creamy and not too sweet or too sour. We’ll definitely be back!

Very tasty, good portion size. Friendly guy served us and he was very happy to hear we loved his food. We sat on an outdoor table, pretty casual place. He couldn't leave the counter, so I had to tell the people ahead of me, who also sat outside that their food was ready. I made sure to come back to check on my order.I found the price very reasonable, $30 for 2 entrees.I would come back, and highly recommend this place!

We got pulled pork sandwiches and they were SO good! Smoky, moisten, and flavorful! They are crazy well priced too! I would totally recommend this if you’re in Port Ángeles! It’s local! ❤️

Someone referred me to this place, and I am so glad they did. It's a tiny place, mostly takeout. On the day I was there, the man working was doing it all (order, fill order, package and pay). No one minded waiting at all. I took home a half rack ribs for dinner and a small (not really) pulled pork sandwich for lunch. Both were so, so good. My picky Texas born husband was so pleased since he rarely likes BBQ in this area. We will return often! BTW it's a tiny spot just a few shops west of Bella Italia. Park on that block and look for the pig sign

I’m not sure I understand the hype regarding the high rating of this place. I didn’t expect the weirdly small menu. To call your restaurant “barbecue.” but not feature a few very important traditional items is odd. My pulled pork sandwich was pretty dry and didn’t have enough sauce. When I asked about extra sauce before leaving the guy looked at me like I offended him for not trusting he put enough on. There wasn’t even a way to take more sauce. Skip it

Food was good but customer relations is quite lacking. Owner is quite rude! Don't expect friendly service

Stopped by for a bite last week, first time visitors. The service was awesome, quite friendly. The Barbecue was worth the few mins wait. My picture does not do it justice. If you're in Port Angeles and feeling hungry, stop by for some amazing food.
