This restaurant is an all favorite. The prices, service and food are top notch. They will be tearing it in September. It is definitely a local favorite. I will certainly miss this place.
Alrighty, here is the official Bacon Family 2019 Washington Vacation review. Great little traditional diner with a bonus full bar (didn't try anything alcoholic, so drink at your own risk.) The clam chowder, cod, shrimp, and french dip were all wonderful. Fries and onion rings were good, but nothing special. The only complaint was that my beautiful wife didn't like the ketchup, but nothing can be perfect. Eat here and enjoy without fear of bad food.
Drove up from Seattle and stopped by while waiting for the ferry. Everything about the place exceeded my expectations. One of the best bloody Mary's I have had, great chicken fried steak, excellent service, and a phenomenal value.
