Yummy food. Easy to work with. They were able to accommodate a fairly last minute catering request. They food was a huge hit for my wedding. Everyone loved it. Leftover beans and cornbread were somehow even better the next day! I would recommend Coyote BBQ to others, and would order from them again for future events. Thank you to the Coyote BBQ folks!

Ate here at the Lavender Festival and had the brisket plate with beans and coleslaw. Brisket was dry and very chewy. Brisket was also way too salty and cold. Beans weren't too bad and coleslaw was good. But to be honest, the pickles on the side were the best part.

Just picked up the family dinner takeout. Best barbeque I have had in years. Everything was excellent.
Be sure to tip your server, they are required to tip out the kitchen based on their sales not on their actual tips so if you don't tip your server they could end up paying to work.
