My fiancée and I are in town celebrating our engagement and stumbled upon Harbinger Wine Bar—what a gem! The views are beautiful, the vibes are relaxed and cozy, and the wine is delicious. Our bartender, Michelle, was super friendly and took the time to explain some of her favorite wines, which made the experience even better. Parking is a bit limited, but it’s absolutely worth the short walk if you park down the street. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!

Phenomenal on all accounts. I had a red flight and artichoke dip. Real nice & helpful gal behind the counter too. It’s definitely NOT OPEN on MONDAYS. I came for my second time on a Monday 😭 Plz see pic. That’s obviously google’s fault, not harbinger’s

Unfortunately this place has three parking spots, not much parking on the street. Decided not to stop. Unless you get there early, pass this place up and go to other local places where parking is better.

Stumbled upon this place while spending the night in PA. We loved the view and the wine was pretty good. The bartender was super nice as well. Cute, cozy & great vibes - would highly recommend stoping in for a drink while you’re in town.

Beautiful views from the entire wine bar. Multiple varieties and producers of wine available for tasting and purchase as well as a few beers and cocktails. We didn't sample any of the feed offerings as it was a quick stop for us. But we'll be sure to visit again!
