Had read some reviews and decided try it out. Went inside the entry and saw a little showcase with salmon on it that looked like cuts from the back room that were not good enough to send to the markets.

Hours posted online are incorrect and they don't answer their phone. We arrived on a Thursday morning at 9:30 to try to buy live dungeness crab and the door was locked. Someone came out the side door as we were getting back in our car and made every effort to avoid us. My advice to anyone considering this place is, don't bother.

I worked there one night for 6.5 hours and quit. They never sent me a check as I requested and when I came back a few months later to get my money they were only willing to pay me for 5 hours of work at below minimum wage. They also treated me rudely and said that it was my fault for not coming in sooner. Nobody with integrity should work here or do business with these petty people.

I work for the company and I will vouch for the quality of fresh crab ? I personally enjoy the crab done to perfection and handled by experienced cooks process it to perfection please come by and enjoy some of the other seafood they have to offer

High Tide Seafoods is my to go to place for seafood. They delivered to our group 50 crab for our 4th of July celebration. My order was ready on time, the crab lively and nice sized too. Best of all I love the fresh taste of Dungeness Crab. We had an fabulous 4th of July celebration.
Bought halibut cheeks at great price. They were awesome.I would advise everyone to check out their seafood list they sell.

the cheapest dungenous crab you'll find anywhere!!!!! my family was roadtripping throughout washington, and we've got a passion for crab, but most places that we saw that sold live crabs were around $11-$13.50 a pound which adds up esp since the shell is so heavy. but not high tide seafoods!! a pound of LIVE dungenous crab was only $7.50!!!! and these crabs were sooooo much bigger than anywhere else we've come across!! like we got four crabs and it ended up being around 10 pounds... absolutely insane... but i will mention that some of the crabs we had didn't have claws hence the discount, but even if you go for the pristine crabs, it's still only 8 dollars a pound for some of the freshest and largest crabs i've ever had the pleasure of eating. we also picked up some smoked cox and king salmon and some smoked sablefish which we've yet to try yet but are super excited to do so!! what a find in port angeles where a lot of the food is relatively overpriced/ not that exciting :)
